5G: The canton of Bern (Switzerland)
Disgraceful news from Switzerland. In order to understand the background to the information below, please see Claire Edwards’ article of 3 June 2019 entitled “A Primer for Corrupt Governments: How to Implement 5G Wireless Technology Against the Wishes of Your Population”, section on Switzerland (https://www.globalresearch.ca/primer-governments-how-implement-5g-against-wishes-your-population/5679368). Switzerland follows the electromagnetic radiation exposure levels set out in the so-called safety guidelines of the so-called International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (see further down the above article for an assessment of these supposed “safety” exposure “guidelines” and ICNIRP). The problem for the Swiss government is that Switzerland has precautionary exposure levels for single transmitters (base stations) that are 10 times lower than the ICNIRP levels.
A public opinion poll in 2020 showed that over 50 per cent of Swiss were of the opinion that the limits for mobile radiation should not be relaxed. As recently as June [2023], the Council of States decided that the rollout of the 5G network must proceed without raising the exposure limits. Despite this, the Swiss government has been manoeuvring to allow 5G deployment for several years.
In the article below, we learn that the Canton of Bern, which is home to the de facto capital of Switzerland, has granted permission for more than 300 “smart” or adaptive antennas to be installed without a building permit. As at the end of August 2023, 955 systems (in some cases several at one location) with “smart” antennas were in operation in the Canton of Bern. 416 of these operate with the so-called correction factor. Only 29 of them have been approved in a building permit procedure. Thus, for 387 systems, it is currently unclear whether their operation is legal, despite the fact that they are allowed to emit much stronger radiation for a short time.
A decree promulgated by the Federal Council [Swiss government] on 1 January 2022 included a “correction factor”, which allows mobile phone companies to require “smart” antennas to comply with the limit only on a six-minute average. This can lead to stronger electromagnetic radiation radiation exposure for a short time even in nearby apartments. This can be more than three times the declared field strength and thus also exceed the precautionary installation limit.

The canton of Bern waved through more than 300 adaptive antennas[*] without a building permit. Even though they are allowed to emit much stronger radiation for a short time.

The next generation mobile network requires new antennas. So-called adaptive antennas emit radiation in a more targeted and concentrated manner than previous mobile communications systems, which permanently generate large-area networks. But this would mean that they would have to be allowed to emit more radiation than the precautionary limits provide.
In Switzerland, it is actually the municipalities that are responsible for approving these antennas. However, the cantons make recommendations and interpret the law.
The canton of Bern advises municipalities to use small-claims procedures
The canton of Bern is particularly critical. There, the view prevails that no building permit processes are necessary for conversions of existing facilities to adaptive antennas – even though these may later emit stronger radiation.
This was communicated to the municipalities in April 2022 in an unambiguous letter by the Regierungsstatthalteramt [Regional
Governor’s Office] of the Directorate for Justice and the Interior. This means that affected residents of new types of antennas do not have to be informed about the changes. And thus cannot raise any objections.
Hundreds of installations may exceed installation limits – without a building permit
However, it is unclear whether the canton is allowed to do so. In a ruling that is not yet final, the Bernese Administrative Court recently upheld a complaint from Büren an der Aare. Sunrise had replaced a conventional system with a new adaptive antenna without a building permit process and later increased the transmission power. The municipality and the canton had given the green light for the conversion. Sunrise can appeal the ruling. If the company refrains from doing so, the Bernese construction directorate will have to reassess its own approval practice.
This could have an impact on hundreds of installations. In response to an inquiry from Infosperber, the Office for Environment and Energy (AUE) writes: “At the end of August 2023, 955 systems (in some cases several at one location) with adaptive antennas are in operation in the canton of Bern. 416 of them would be operated with correction factor. Exceeding limits through the back door
Daniel Laubscher complained about the procedure. He lives not far from the antenna in Büren an der Aare. He objected to the fact that its conversion was going ahead without him being informed. At the time, Laubscher was head of the spatial planning department of the Bern-Mittelland Regional Conference. Before that, he was employed as a city planner in Solothurn. He knows the complicated matter. “I have already had to approve mobile phone systems myself,” he tells Infosperber.
What particularly irritated him: Sunrise activated the so-called correction factor during the ongoing procedure and thus potentially increased the transmission power and the emissions. He was not informed about this either. Because the municipality did not require a building permit for this either – on the recommendation of the canton. Laubscher only found this out because one day Sunrise was advertising mobile television in the village. “I knew that this could only be offered with higher transmission power.” An inquiry to the administrative court and the responsible cantonal office confirmed his suspicions.

With the correction factor, the Federal Council has allowed mobile phone companies by decree since 1 January 2022 to require adaptive antennas to comply with the limit only on a six-minute average. This can lead to stronger radiation exposure for a short time even in nearby apartments. This can be more than three times the declared field strength and thus also exceed the precautionary installation limit. For this to happen, however, the antennas must have automatic power limitation.
Protection organizations argue that the Federal Council has used this correction factor to increase the installation limit values in a hidden way – and has thus moved forward contrary to the will of parliament. Parliament has rejected limit value increases three times in the past.
This is another reason why Laubscher thinks that the canton of Bern is pushing the restructuring of the Swiss mobile network behind the backs of the citizens with its licensing practice. “This is systematic preferential treatment of the mobile phone companies”.
Other cantons are more cautious
Martin Miescher from the legal office of the Construction and Transport Directorate of the Canton of Bern (BVD) rejects this accusation when asked by Infosperber. The BVD would rely exclusively on the legal requirements and the relevant rulings of the higher courts (administrative and federal court). However, he also writes: The Federal Court has not yet answered the question of whether the switching on of the correction factor is subject to approval.
Other cantons such as Zurich or St. Gallen are more cautious. They require a building permit procedure for every adaptive antenna. The canton of Zurich confirms, on Infosperber request, that adaptive antennas approved in the minor procedure must even go through a new building permit procedure, as soon as the correction factor is to be switched on. The same is written by the building and environment department of the canton of St. Gallen. This is based on a ruling of the cantonal administrative court.
Canton of Bern: No performance increase with correction factor
Why doesn’t the canton of Bern do the same? Why does it continue to recommend that the municipalities apply the controversial small claims procedure? Martin Künzi, the Governor of the canton, writes in response to a question, that the canton would follow the guidelines of the Federal Council and the NIS ordinance. The assessment of the Cantonal Office for Environment and Energy (AUE) is decisive.
The latter was of the opinion that neither the type of antenna nor the operating mode was decisive for the assessment of whether a modification of a mobile radio system required a building permit. Only a possible change of the power or the radiation exposure counts. This argumentation does not take into account that the correction factor introduced by the federal government also allows an increase of the antenna power, even if only a temporary one.
Laubscher is currently a self-employed land use planner who advises communities on how to deal with planning applications for mobile phone antennas. He thinks those must now take responsibility. “They are urgently called upon to perform their task as building permit authorities.” However, he also does not want to blame the Bernese municipalities and enforcement authorities. “They are also just doing what the federal government says.”
Federal Council creates ambiguity
In fact, the federal government is responsible for the legal wrangling over the 5G upgrade down to the municipal level throughout Switzerland. At the end of 2021, the Federal Council wrote that it was “creating clarity and increasing legal certainty.” By this it meant the new Ordinance on Protection against Non-Ionizing Radiation (NISV) with the correction factor. This should make it possible to treat the new antennas separately – because they work with new technology. But there is no clarity. SonntagsBlick immediately criticized this and ran the headline: “Residents and communities tricked”.
Strictly speaking, the Federal Council followed the proposal of the industry association Asut from the report “Mobilfunk und Strahlung” [Mobile communications and radiation] of DETEC of 2019, whose option for action provided for a mean value calculation. However, the report already warned at that time: due to the lack of transparency of the procedure, many inquiries from the population were to be expected. In addition, “a certain softening of precautionary measures would take place, resulting in an increase in the exposure of people living near antennas.” (Emphasis added.)
In the new Ordinance, the Federal Council also wrote at the end of 2021: The application of the correction factor is not subject to approval for an already existing adaptive antenna. But this is possibly in conflict with the higher-level spatial planning law. This is one of the reasons why the Conference of Cantonal Directors of Building, Planning and Environment (BPUK) wanted to know more before the new Ordinance came into force. It commissioned a legal opinion from the Institute for Swiss and International Building Law at the University of Fribourg.
The federal court must decide – once again
According to the Fribourg authors, “Even the plan to install a single adaptive antenna can result in a building permit procedure if the antenna is associated with an increase in emissions.” Nor would the exclusive activation of the correction factor entitle the authorities to apply a small claims procedure. The authors also made clear that residents could invoke federal law to demand a building permit.
Daniel Laubscher is not the only one who has done so. On the surface, the many quick small claims procedures relieve the cantonal licensing authorities and the municipalities. But some of the work now ends up in the judicial system – and thus not infrequently before the federal court. It is currently having to deal with the question of whether the application of the correction factor entails a building permit obligation in several cases.
Expansion of 5G network: the federal Council, industry and parliament against the will of the people
As recently as June [2023], the Council of States decided that the rollout of the 5G network must proceed without raising the limit values. In doing so, it also listened to the federal government’s own group of scientific experts, which currently rejects this based on its assessment of the health risks. A majority of the population is also likely to be against it. In a survey conducted by the ETH Environmental Panel in cooperation with the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN) in 2020, more than 50 percent of people were of the opinion that the limits for mobile radiation should not be relaxed. It would be sufficient if 5G were only available nationwide in Switzerland in twenty to thirty years.
Parliament nevertheless wants to accelerate network expansion, even though the Federal Council is already helping providers with the new Ordinance. Following the Council of States, the National Council is also expected to approve a motion from the FDP parliamentary group next week calling for the expansion to be accelerated. The National Council’s preliminary advisory committee – with 10 members of the Chance 5G [5G Opportunity] lobby campaign – approved it with an overwhelming majority. However, it remains unclear how this acceleration is to take place without an increase in limit values and against the will of a majority of the electorate.

Swiss television ran an in-depth feature on Covid-19 vaccine damage. Affected people and the lawyers representing them were able to speak at length without their statements being immediately countered.
This is what the indictment says: The defendants (Swissmedic) are accused of violating basic duties of care under the law on therapeutic products by approving and administering the Covid-19 vaccine. A number of other charges are also listed, including those of intentional or possibly negligent bodily injury, endangering life, homicide and abortion.
The conclusion of the plaintiffs: “In the present case, we are dealing with the largest injury to human health caused by pharmaceuticals that has already occurred, which has ever occurred in Switzerland.”

I watched this last night and debated whether to send it out. I decided against it. Why? Because, as usual, it is setting up a certain narrative and I am deeply suspicious. However, I am receiving emails from others endorsing it so I feel obliged to issue a warning about yet more lies, omissions and misdirection.
Kennedy is a BAR (British Accredited Registry, working for the Crown corporation) lawyer and for that reason cannot be trusted as no BAR lawyer is ever working for the people. It sets up Fauci as the big demon, suggesting that if he were not around, we would not be in this mess. I don’t accept that because he is a simple pawn. They set up pawns so that they can sacrifice them whenever it is convenient. Now is the time to sacrifice Fauci, when he is retired with his tens or possibly hundreds of millions. Did they mention that he is a Jesuit? No. I wonder if they will mention that in the forthcoming Part Two.
But above all, they are, as usual, banging on about viruses, which have never been proven to exist. And they are ramming home this narrative about the Wuhan laboratory leak. I don’t believe in this and never have. What do they NOT mention? Electromagnetic radiation. Not a dicky bird. We all know that the world’s biggest ever ELF (extremely low frequency) antenna was completed in 2019 in Hubei province, the same province as Wuhan is in, and that they switched on 10K 5G antennas in Wuhan just before “covid” broke out. We also know that the Wuhan population had been compulsorily vaccinated just before they switched on these antennas. Sounds like a test to me. The old people who died in such large numbers in Milan had also had the flu vaxx and were also subject to lots of brand new 5G antennas.
Kennedy mentions that he spoke to a couple of million people in Berlin. Guess what? That demo was organised by Querdenken, and Querdenken employed security guards to enforce the rule that no one on stage was allowed to mention 5G. Querdenken are controlled opposition.
The contributors do mention Rockefeller medicine, and eugenics, but how could they avoid doing so, given the subject? It’s de rigueur to mention these things. Another thing that is not mentioned at all here is spirituality. And yet another thing not mentioned, and the most egregious omission, is the real reason for this genocide: the birth certificate, our enslavement, and the Cestui Que Vie trust. As a lawyer, Kennedy has to know about this because it is absolutely central to the whole way the LEGAL (not lawful) system functions.
And let’s not forget that Kennedy is “a lifelong Democrat”, as he tells us, and believes in the fake climate change narrative. This genocide is being carried out by the very people who invented the climate change narrative: Club of Rome. These are all socialists and include the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, Michael Gorbachev (now deceased), and many other former socialist leaders. Let’s not forget that “covid” is already morphing into climate change and “covid” lockdowns will soon be replicated as climate change lockdowns. The current food and fuel shortages are all a continuation of the same 2030 agenda.
We are being served up a socialist lawyer, Kennedy, as our saviour, yet he is tainted by being a central part of the very system that is carrying out this genocide. But you do not find any mention in this documentary of the problem being the actual system itself – the fact that all governments are corporations and are predators on the populations they are supposed to serve, not control.
My conclusion? As usual, we are served up 95% truth to draw us in, and 5% misdirection, and it is the misdirection that will destroy any hope of us rising up and shaking off the demons that run this world.
I wonder who funded this effort? It’s expensive making movies. And yet here we have another glossy, expensive offering. And once again, the makers stand to make millions if enough people buy the boxed set. I suppose the people who buy it think that having it on their shelf or on their computer in electronic form is some kind of insurance against the end of the world. Associating themselves with this Kennedy glamour will be a benign form of inoculation that will save them from joining the damned (that is the “covid” vaxxed).
Wireless technology, including 5G, is the elephant in the room. NONE of this agenda of enslavement is possible without it. We are faced with the horrors of Agenda 2030 “smart” city prisons, climate change lockdowns when the climate is being manipulated by HAARP (electromagnetic radiation, again), 24/7 surveillance, mind control, transhumanism, the graphene oxide biosynthetic parasites in the injections and much more. NONE of this is possible without 5G/wireless technology. Do they mention ANY of this in this documentary? NOT A BLOODY DICKY BIRD.
It is yet another glamorous offering for those who lack discernment. “Have you seen ‘The Real Anthony Fauci’? Isn’t it great?” We can all congratulate ourselves on being angry about this man Fauci and we can celebrate our dashing hero, Kennedy, who is the white knight fighting valiantly on behalf of all of us. Let’s ignore the fact that, with his huge trust fund, he is very much a part of the system. The longer we go on swallowing this bunkum, the less hope there is that we will ever succeed in fighting our way out of this annihilation event.
As always, I feel like the voice crying in the wilderness. While everyone oohs and aahs about how marvellous these glamorous people are and how valiantly they are saving our bacon, I am sitting here looking on and despairing about how we are ever going to dig our way out of this situation when most people are so easily tricked into looking in the wrong direction and believing the very people who are betraying humanity and all life on Earth. The demons are experts in manipulating humans, but the humans are guilty of falling willingly into the traps that the demons have set for them.

Well, after four and a half years of campaigning, it is extremely satisfying to be vindicated at last, and in full. I concluded a while back that those of us who know – and importantly have the courage to say so – that wireless technology, including 5G, is a weapon would not see the 5G towers and satellites destroyed until the mad vaxxed people realise that the graphene oxide in the weapon they allowed to be injected into their bodies was designed to work with 5G. New Report Proves vaxzine Is Far Deadlier Than COVID
Red flags have shown the jabs were risky from the start, yet this Toxicology Reports study has found the injections are deadlier, statistically, than COVID-19 – in EVERY age group, with the vaccine the only cause of death in 86% of cases.
One of my correspondents did this fantastic summary of The Contagion Myth: Why Viruses (including “Coronavirus”) Are Not the Cause of Disease by Dr Thomas Cowan and Sally Fallon Morell (ATTACHED). This is essential reading or rereading. I have found that, as we have descended ever further into this “ambient delirium”, as another of my correspondents described it this morning, things have become foggier and foggier. But now, when I reread articles or books that I read a couple of years ago, things become clearer because now I am equipped with more information to understand their message. I therefore strongly recommend that everyone reads this summary, and if possible buys the book. Dr. Thomas Cowan is one of the few people who has hit the button on much of this agenda.

In a new video, La Quinta Columna reveal that graphene oxide (GO) has been found in saline solution and they deduce that the use of GO use is much, much more widespread and started much earlier than just the “Covid” vaccines.[i] Babies have been found to be magnetic, and people who have not taken the “Covid” jab or been PCR tested or worn masks are also exhibiting magnetism, so it has to be coming from elsewhere. “La Quinta Columna wants to make it clear from the beginning that we have the obligation, we have the obligation to be united because we are in the same battle to give the best of ourselves, because what is at stake is precisely the future of all species. Then we realized that there was a new phenomenon that for a while we tried to deny, although today it’s evident because of the millions of videos on social media, and we have been able to even measure it with devices: teslameters, magnetometers, etc. I am referring to the magnetic or pseudo-magnetic phenomenon that people acquire after inoculation. A magnetic phenomenon on the one hand, but also one that turns inoculated people into superconductors and also stores energy that can be measured with a multimeter in certain parts, such as the forehead, for example.
So from there we started to look for what kind of materials or, better said, nanomaterials can cause those kinds of properties inside the body and we came up with some of the candidates. One of them initially was graphene. Graphene inside the body acquires magnetic properties and is a superconductor. It serves for energy storage and condensation and was a strong candidate. Without yet having any knowledge of what was inside the vial, we realized that the industry or rather the stock market of the graphene industry had high uptrend peaks just as the COVID-19 vaccination campaign was starting at the beginning of the year, late December and early January. But also, quite curious, during the flu vaccination campaign.
When we have seen the possibilities that graphene has, or rather, that graphene oxide nanoparticles have inside the body when it comes to neuromodulation and when it comes to picking up neuronal electrophysiological effects for brain mapping, we have realized the possibility that graphene is being injected. Can graphene be injected? Yes. Graphene can be injected. And, in fact, some scientific papers have already raised the possibility that it could be used as a nanoadjuvant in vaccines. With that hypothesis of suspicion, we did what anyone could have done and what I also recommend that you can do if you have access to a vial.
We had access to a sealed vial from Pfizer, and by means of a request for services to a university, specifically in my name, it was sent for an analysis of the vial, where we were looking for the material in question: graphene. After some time of investigation by Dr. Pablo Campra Madrid, Doctor in Chemical Sciences, Bachelor in Biological Sciences and member of the University of Almeria, we obtained this preliminary report where we are told that there is indeed solid evidence of graphene oxide in the sample and that it is also the main component of what they wrongly called a vaccine.
From here and with this solid evidence, which will be further complemented with other spectroscopy techniques that can be done. Those that have been used are transmission electron microscopy; EMF techniques, also, optical microscopy; and ultraviolet radiation spectroscopy, which coincide with the peak wavelength of graphene oxide. From here we began to study the toxicity or cytotoxicity that graphene oxide has on the body.
Pay attention to this finding: Graphene oxide inside the body causes thrombogenicity, thrombi. Graphene oxide inside the body causes blood clotting. Graphene oxide inside the body causes post inflammatory syndrome or systemic or multi-organ inflammations. Graphene oxide inside the body when it is above the levels of glutathione —which is the body’s natural reserve of antioxidants—, causes alteration of the immune system, collapse of the immune system and cytokine storm. Inhaled graphene oxide spreads evenly throughout the alveolar tract and causes bilateral pneumonias. Inhaled graphene oxide causes inflammation of the mucous membranes and thus loss of taste and smell, possible loss of taste and smell: anosmia.
In short, graphene oxide behaves exactly like the supposed SARS-CoV-2 of the official version, generating the same symptomatology of severe COVID-19. When installed at the neuronal level, it causes neurodegeneration or, in other words, neurological COVID-19.
So, from here we started to see what possible compounds, drugs and treatments could degrade graphene oxide. And look what we found: N-acetylcysteine or glutathione administered degrade it. Because what glutathione does is counteract free radicals and oxidants, all the toxins that can enter the body.
And we discovered that there were about 300 clinical studies where certain hospitals and certain universities were using N-acetylcysteine with incredible results. For example,100 patients with saturation levels below 50% practically dead —bluntly speaking—, with bilateral pneumonias, within an hour of intravenous glutathione or N-acetylcysteine administration they made it. They were taken off ventilators and everything.
We now fully understand why those treatments worked: because they addressed all the symptoms of the disease supposedly caused by SARS-CoV-2. Given that to date there is no scientific evidence of an actual sequencing and isolation of SARS-CoV-2, we suspect with many credible indications that COVID-19 disease is actually the side effect of the introduction of graphene oxide into the body by different ways.
And I say ‘different ways’ because, although they were withdrawn at the time, masks containing graphene oxide nanoparticles have been introduced and are still being marketed. These masks have been introduced and are still being marketed by companies such as Nanografi, so we have masks with graphene oxide, but also graphene oxide nanoparticles introduced in PCR tests; graphene oxide is also present in antigen tests; hydrogels also contain graphene oxide nanoparticles; intranasal vaccines also, since graphene oxide in aerosols is more potent, as is the supposed SARS-CoV-2. Intranasal vaccines are also prepared, for example, by Turkey. They are made by Nanografi for COVID-19 and influenza.
We know that, naturally, graphene oxide is eliminated by the levels of glutathione in the body, and that is why we suspect that they propose a second, third and even fourth dose every so often: so that you have your considerable dose of graphene oxide. In short, we are talking about the simultaneous and gradual mass poisoning of the entire world population.
Think, if the preliminary report of a professor of a public university in Almeria —and I know that the same study is being done in other European and some Latin American universities—, if it determined that there is graphene oxide in the vials, how is it possible that graphene oxide is injected if the masks were removed because it caused pulmonary affections because of this nanoparticle? We are talking about a crime against humanity with the complicity of governments or at least their participation.
When we study glutathione, we realize that it begins to fall from the age of 30 onwards, but above all it falls considerably from the age of 65 onwards. In fact, COVID-19 takes a heavier toll on older people, apart from those who are immunocompromised and have other pathologies. When we study glutathione, we realize that children have high glutathione reserves because of their youth, and the COVID-19 disease itself hardly has an impact on children. Similarly, glutathione is especially low in the obese population and we realize that it is precisely the obese who are most affected by COVID-19. We realize that glutathione is related to vitamin D. Low levels of glutathione are low levels of vitamin D and it is precisely patients with COVID-19 who have low levels of vitamin D. We realize that athletes have high levels of glutathione endogenously, which are secreted with intense exercise, and precisely athletes are hardly affected by COVID-19.
Everything that we have subsequently studied only further increases and corroborates the hypothesis that the supposed SARS-CoV-2 of the official version is precisely the graphene oxide. And that all the elements of protection, of supposed protection, that we have been given: masks, PCR tests, swabs, antigen tests and vaccine —the wrongly called vaccine— are precisely all those elements that will potentially cause the disease to develop in the future.
And why do I say ‘in the future’? When we studied the electromagnetic phenomenon we realized that graphene oxide has what is called an ‘electronic absorption band’. The electronic excitation, its magnetic resonance is precisely in the third bandwidth of the 5G technology, the one that is being tendered right now and that, remember, has been with us throughout the pandemic.
As absolutely everything started we have had three ‘nets’: The first is that 5G terrestrial antenna that never stopped being placed —because only the antenna operators worked— and that curiously 8 out of 10 of these antennas are placed near geriatrics and nursing homes, in their immediate vicinity, which has been precisely the most affected population. Another inner net: precisely of graphene, according to the preliminary report of the vial of this university. And an external net, which is the one used by space satellites to supposedly provide 5G coverage.
Incredibly, we are narrating a science fiction movie, but believe me, today nanoscience, neuroscience and biotechnology have advanced tremendously. We have only made an approximation in the realm of science and behind the back of civil society. Can a person be controlled or neurocontrolled remotely wirelessly? Yes, it can be done and it is probably being done in a disguised way, and that may explain some of the anomalous behavioral behavior of the population, especially those who have been inoculated or who have received doses of graphene oxide by different ways. As I say, I know I am drawing a science fiction movie, but at the heights we are at it can be difficult to really believe in something. In this sense we say that COVID-19 is only the collateral effect of the introduction of that nanocomposite by different ways, and we suspect that it was introduced in the 2019 anti-flu campaign.
As I was saying, graphene oxide has an absorption band from which it oxidizes much more quicklywhen a small button is turned on to provide 5G coverage or to perform a technological test. Do you think it is a coincidence that Wuhan —where the pangolin and bat soup came from as distraction elements— is the first city in the world with the 5G technology trial at the end of November 2019 and that all previous flu vaccination probably with graphene oxide started from there? When excited, graphene oxide multiplies frequencies. With a minimum signal, it oxidizes much faster and breaks the balance between glutathione levels and the toxicity of the organism, generating bilateral pneumonia, altering the behavior of the immune system, which cannot cope as soon as the neutrophils try to phagocytize it as if it were a pathogen, as if it were SARS-CoV-2.
We shared an article today, if I can screen share I’m going to try to do that, can you let me know if you’re seeing it on screen? Well, let’s see: ‘Graphene oxide is detected in the body by specialized cells (neutrophils) of the immune system.’ Just as if it were a pathogen. The body, the immune system, doesn’t care if there is a biological agent because this never behaved like a biological agent. There are incubation periods if biological. It is not possible that in residences in our country in Spain, such as Matacaz in Barcelona, half of a residence died in 4 hours. If it is a biological agent, it does not cause bilateral pneumonia, but rather asymmetric pneumonia: they usually enter through the right lung due to symmetry. But half of a residence that had previously been vaccinated against influenza could not die.

We observed that the higher the flu vaccination, the higher the mortality of COVID-19, and logically we saw a relationship. The other relationship was with electromagnetic fields. What we did not know is that there was a marking on each of these people to make them a target population for the electromagnetic focus. A lethal weapon that now makes people magnetic and logically you will understand that if they interact with those radiation sources at a specific frequency and quality, they cause in oxidation, they break the redox balance of the oxidative biomarkers of the organism, causing the COVID-19 disease.
We know this crystal clear, and we have all the scientific articles that prove it. One of them is this one:
‘Researchers at Karolinska Institutet, the University of Manchester and Chalmers University of Technology have shown that the human immune system handles graphene oxide in a manner similar to pathogens, possibly leading to safer biomedical applications in the future.’
What you are seeing here is graphene oxide being attacked by neutrophils which are, let’s say, cells of the immune system that try to phagocytize it, try to engulf it: to coagulate it. That’s why graphene oxide generates clots and thrombi.
‘Graphene oxide is currently being studied for use in various drug delivery methods and other medical and non-medical applications. However, it is of critical importance to understand how these materials interact with the body. The study shows that neutrophils, the most common type of white blood cell specialized in combating infections, —just like a pathogen— release so-called neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs, the most common type of white blood cells) when encountering GO (graphene oxide). NETs are made up of a “spider-web” of DNA decorated with proteins that help neutrophils to destroy microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi. The researchers found that GO causes specific changes in the lipid composition of the cell membrane of neutrophils leading to the release of NETs. They could also show that antioxidant treatment —such as with NAC and glutathione— reversed this process.’
That is why treatments with glutathione have worked, and that is why treatments with N-acetylcysteine, which is a precursor of glutathione. Because they work providing the army with antioxidant reserves to deal with a toxic substance, a poisoning, that has been introduced into the body by different ways.
‘In a companion study published in Nanoscale, it was shown that GO is degraded in NETs, much like bacteria and other pathogens.’
Taken together, these studies show that GO can be trapped and degraded in NETs just like pathogens. I want to tell you that we have published in our website at least 70 studies that reflect everything we are saying and manifesting here.
On the other hand, I have been asked about the efficacy of chlorine dioxide. That goes another way. What it does is to oxygenate the cell, it prepares it so that it is not easily destroyed by this toxicant. What glutathione would do is to provide the army with more numbers of soldiers in terms of glutathione to deal with toxins. What we have found, as I say, is that most of the treatments that have been with N-acetylcysteine or glutathione and even with other antioxidants such as astaxanthin, which is a powerful antioxidant, have been very favorable treatments for the patients.
And also, curiously and suspiciously, found that these health institutions are literally governed by evil; it is a psychopathy without previous history: we had never seen the history of such psychopathy.
By June 17 that the FDA tried to stop the marketing of N-acetylcysteine after it had been used for 57 years as a normal and ordinary mococcolytic. It was a very suspicious thing to do, wasn’t it? So this is basically my exposition. Any doubts that you may have about the studies that we have carried out at La Quinta Columna, well, there is simply something that is very conclusive, and that is the preliminary report of a renowned professor of a public university here in Spain. We are very close to providing complementary evidence to give more strength to this report in which we are already told that there is solid and proven evidence that there is graphene oxide in the sample that we sent.
Simply, for Colonel Tamayo and Judge Giorgianni: regardless of the fact that we obviously think that SARS-CoV-2 is precisely graphene oxide —and we can prove it— or at least it behaves exactly and exhaustively the same, how is it possible that graphene oxide is injected through the vials? How is it possible if the masks were really withdrawn because they caused pulmonary affections due to toxicity? What are we talking about, gentlemen?

“In the U.K., it’s abundantly clear that the authorities are bent on a course which will result in administering ‘vaccines’ to as many of the population as they can. This is madness, because even if these agents were legitimate, protection is needed only by those at notably elevated risk of death from the virus. In those people, there might even be an argument that the risks are worth bearing. And there definitely are risks which are what I call ‘mechanistic’: inbuilt in the way they work.
“But all the other people, those in good health and younger than 60 years, perhaps a little older, they don’t perish from the virus. In this large group, it’s wholly unethical to administer something novel and for which the potential for unwanted effects after a few months is completely uncharacterized.
“In no other era would it be wise to do what is stated as the intention.
“Since I know this with certainty, and I know those driving it know this too, we have to enquire: What is their motive?
“While I don’t know, I have strong theoretical answers, only one of which relates to money and that motive doesn’t work, because the same quantum can be arrived at by doubling the unit cost and giving the agent to half as many people. Dilemma solved. So it’s something else.
Appreciating that, by entire population, it is also intended that minor children and eventually babies are to be included in the net, and that’s what I interpret to be an evil act.
“There is no medical rationale for it. Knowing as I do that the design of these ‘vaccines’ results, in the expression in the bodies of recipients, expression of the spike protein, which has adverse biological effects of its own which, in some people, are harmful (initiating blood coagulation and activating the immune ‘complement system’), I’m determined to point out that those not at risk from this virus should not be exposed to the risk of unwanted effects from these agents.”
AFLDS: The Israel Supreme Court decision last week cancelling COVID flight restrictions said: “In the future, any new restrictions on travel into or out of Israel need, in legal terms, a comprehensive, factual, data-based foundation.”
“The most likely duration of immunity to a respiratory virus like SARS CoV-2 is multiple years. Why do I say that? We actually have the data for a virus that swept through parts of the world seventeen years ago called SARS, and remember SARS CoV-2 is 80% similar to SARS, so I think that’s the best comparison that anyone can provide.
“The evidence is clear: These very clever cellular immunologists studied all the people they could get hold of who had survived SARS 17 years ago. They took a blood sample, and they tested whether they responded or not to the original SARS and they all did; they all had perfectly normal, robust T cell memory. They were actually also protected against SARS CoV-2, because they’re so similar; it’s cross immunity.
“So, I would say the best data that exists is that immunity should be robust for at least 17 years. I think it’s entirely possible that it is lifelong. The style of the responses of these people’s T cells were the same as if you’ve been vaccinated and then you come back years later to see if that immunity has been retained. So I think the evidence is really strong that the duration of immunity will be multiple years, and possibly lifelong.”
In other words, previous exposure to SARS – that is, a variant similar to SARS CoV-2 – bestowed SARS CoV-2 immunity.
The Israel government cites new variants to justify lockdowns, flight closures, restrictions, and Green Passport issuance. Given the Supreme Court verdict, do you think it may be possible to preempt future government measures with accurate information about variants, immunity, herd immunity, etc. that could be provided to the lawyers who will be challenging those future measures?
Yeadon: “What I outlined in relation to immunity to SARS is precisely what we’re seeing with SARS-CoV-2.
The study is from one of the best labs in their field. “So, theoretically, people could test their T-cell immunity by measuring the responses of cells in a small sample of their blood. There are such tests, they are not “high throughput” and they are likely to cost a few hundred USD each on scale. But not thousands. The test I’m aware of is not yet commercially available, but research only in U.K.
“However, I expect the company could be induced to provide test kits “for research” on scale, subject to an agreement. If you were to arrange to test a few thousand non vaccinated Israelis, it may be a double edged sword. Based on other countries experiences, 30-50% of people had prior immunity & additionally around 25% have been infected & are now immune.
“Personally, I wouldn’t want to deal with the authorities on their own terms: that you’re suspected as a source of infection until proven otherwise. You shouldn’t need to be proving you’re not a health risk to others. Those without symptoms are never a health threat to others. And in any case, once those who are concerned about the virus are vaccinated, there is just no argument for anyone else needing to be vaccinated.”
My understanding of a “leaky vaccine” is that it only lessens symptoms in the vaccinated, but does not stop transmission; it therefore allows the spread of what then becomes a more deadly virus.
For example, in China they deliberately use leaky Avian Flu vaccines to quickly cull flocks of chicken, because the unvaccinated die within three days. In Marek’s Disease, from which they needed to save all the chickens, the only solution was to vaccinate 100% of the flock, because all unvaccinated were at high risk of death. So how a leaky vax is utilized is intention-driven, that is, it is possible that the intent can be to cause great harm to the unvaccinated.
Stronger strains usually would not propagate through a population because they kill the host too rapidly, but if the vaccinated experience only less-serious disease, then they spread these strains to the unvaccinated who contract serious disease and die.
Do you agree with this assessment? Furthermore, do you agree that if the unvaccinated become the susceptible ones, the only way forward is HCQ prophylaxis for those who haven’t already had COVID-19?
Would the Zelenko Protocol work against these stronger strains if this is the case?
And if many already have the aforementioned previous “17-year SARS immunity”, would that then not protect from any super-variant?
“I think the Gerrt Vanden Bossche story is highly suspect. There is no evidence at all that vaccination is leading or will lead to ‘dangerous variants’. I am worried that it’s some kind of trick.
“As a general rule, variants form very often, routinely, and tend to become less dangerous & more infectious over time, as it comes into equilibrium with its human host. Variants generally don’t become more dangerous.
“No variant differs from the original sequence by more than 0.3%. In other words, all variants are at least 99.7% identical to the Wuhan sequence.
“It’s a fiction, and an evil one at that, that variants are likely to “escape immunity”.
“Not only is it intrinsically unlikely – because this degree of similarity of variants means zero chance that an immune person (whether from natural infection or from vaccination) will be made ill by a variant – but it’s empirically supported by high-quality research.
“The research I refer to shows that people recovering from infection or who have been vaccinated ALL have a wide range of immune cells which recognize ALL the variants.
“This paper shows WHY the extensive molecular recognition by the immune system makes the tiny changes in variants irrelevant.
“I cannot say strongly enough: The stories around variants and need for top up vaccines are FALSE. I am concerned there is a very malign reason behind all this. It is certainly not backed by the best ways to look at immunity. The claims always lack substance when examined, and utilize various tricks, like manipulating conditions for testing the effectiveness of antibodies. Antibodies are probably rather unimportant in host protection against this virus. There have been a few ‘natural experiments’, people who unfortunately cannot make antibodies, yet are able quite successfully to repel this virus. They definitely are better off with antibodies than without. I mention these rare patients because they show that antibodies are not essential to host immunity, so some contrived test in a lab of antibodies and engineered variant viruses do NOT justify need for top up vaccines.
“The only people who might remain vulnerable and need prophylaxis or treatment are those who are elderly and/or ill and do not wish to receive a vaccine (as is their right).
“The good news is that there are multiple choices available: hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, budesonide (inhaled steroid used in asthmatics), and of course oral Vitamin D, zinc, azithromycin etc. These reduce the severity to such an extent that this virus did not need to become a public health crisis.”
Do you feel the FDA does a good job regulating big pharma? In what ways does big pharma get around the regulator? Do you feel they did so for the mRNA injection?
“Until recently, I had high regard for global medicines regulators. When I was in Pfizer, and later CEO of a biotech I founded (Ziarco, later acquired by Novartis), we interacted respectfully with FDA, EMA, and the U.K. MHRA.

“Recently, I noticed that the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF) had made a grant to the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA)! Can that ever be appropriate? They’re funded by public money. They should never accept money from a private body.
“So here is an example where the U.K. regulator has a conflict of interest.
“The European Medicines Agency failed to require certain things as disclosed in the ‘hack’ of their files while reviewing the Pfizer vaccine.
“You can find examples on Reiner Fuellmich’s “Corona Committee” online.
“Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg and I petitioned the EMA Dec 1, 2020 on the genetic vaccines. They ignored us.
“Recently, we wrote privately to them, warning of blood clots, they ignored us. When we went public with our letter, we were completely censored. Days later, more than ten countries paused use of a vaccine citing blood clots.
“I think the big money of pharma plus cash from BMGF creates the environment where saying no just isn’t an option for the regulator.
“I must return to the issue of ‘top up vaccines’ (booster shots) and it is this whole narrative which I fear will he exploited and used to gain unparalleled power over us.
“PLEASE warn every person not to go near top up vaccines. There is absolutely no need to them.

America’s Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) sprach mit dem ehemaligen Pfizer-Vizepräsidenten und Chief Science Officer Dr. Mike Yeadon über seine Ansichten zum Impfstoff COVID-19, Hydroxychloroquin und Ivermectin, die Zulassungsbehörden und mehr.
Zu Beginn sagte Dr. Yeadon: “Ich bin mir der globalen Verbrechen gegen die Menschlichkeit, die gegen einen großen Teil der Weltbevölkerung verübt werden, sehr bewusst.
“Ich empfinde große Angst, aber ich lasse mich nicht davon abhalten, vor mehreren Gruppen von fähigen Anwälten wie Rocco Galati in Kanada und Reiner Fuellmich in Deutschland als Experte auszusagen.
“Ich habe absolut keinen Zweifel daran, dass wir uns in der Gegenwart von bösen (eine Feststellung, die ich in meiner 40-jährigen Forscherkarriere noch nie getroffen habe) und gefährlichen Produkten befinden.
“In Großbritannien ist es überdeutlich, dass die Behörden einen Kurs fahren, der darauf hinausläuft, so viele ‘Impfstoffe’ wie möglich an die Bevölkerung zu verabreichen. Das ist Wahnsinn, denn selbst wenn diese Mittel legitim wären, brauchen nur diejenigen Schutz, die ein deutlich erhöhtes Risiko haben, an dem Virus zu sterben. Bei diesen Menschen könnte es sogar ein Argument geben, dass die Risiken es wert sind, getragen zu werden. Und es gibt definitiv Risiken, die das sind, was ich “mechanistisch” nenne: eingebaut in die Art und Weise, wie sie funktionieren.
“Aber all die anderen Menschen, die bei guter Gesundheit und jünger als 60 Jahre sind, vielleicht etwas älter, die gehen nicht an dem Virus zugrunde. Bei dieser großen Gruppe ist es völlig unethisch, etwas zu verabreichen, das neu ist und bei dem das Potenzial für unerwünschte Wirkungen nach ein paar Monaten völlig unklar ist.
“In keiner anderen Ära wäre es klug, das zu tun, was als Absicht angegeben ist.
“Da ich dies mit Sicherheit weiß, und ich weiß, dass diejenigen, die es vorantreiben, dies auch wissen, müssen wir nachfragen: Was ist ihr Motiv?
“Ich weiß es nicht, aber ich habe starke theoretische Antworten, von denen nur eine mit Geld zu tun hat, und dieses Motiv funktioniert nicht, weil die gleiche Menge erreicht werden kann, indem man die Stückkosten verdoppelt und das Mittel an halb so viele Leute gibt. Dilemma gelöst. Es geht also um etwas anderes.
Wenn man davon ausgeht, dass mit der gesamten Bevölkerung auch die minderjährigen Kinder und eventuell die Säuglinge gemeint sind, dann interpretiere ich das als eine böse Tat.
“Es gibt keine medizinische Begründung dafür. Da ich weiß, dass das Design dieser ‘Impfstoffe’ dazu führt, dass in den Körpern der Empfänger das Spike-Protein exprimiert wird, das selbst unerwünschte biologische Wirkungen hat, die bei manchen Menschen schädlich sind (es löst die Blutgerinnung aus und aktiviert das immunologische ‘Komplementsystem’), bin ich entschlossen, darauf hinzuweisen, dass diejenigen, die nicht von diesem Virus gefährdet sind, nicht dem Risiko unerwünschter Wirkungen dieser Mittel ausgesetzt werden sollten.”
AFLDS: In der Entscheidung des israelischen Obersten Gerichtshofs von letzter Woche, die die COVID-Flugbeschränkungen aufhob, hieß es: “Künftig brauchen alle neuen Reisebeschränkungen nach oder aus Israel rechtlich gesehen eine umfassende, sachliche und datenbasierte Grundlage.”
In einem Vortrag, den Sie vor vier Monaten hielten, sagten Sie
“Die wahrscheinliche Dauer der Immunität gegen ein Atemwegsvirus wie SARS CoV-2 beträgt mehrere Jahre. Warum sage ich das? Mit anderen Worten, eine frühere Exposition gegenüber SARS – also einer Variante, die dem SARS CoV-2 ähnlich ist – verlieh SARS CoV-2 Immunität.
Die israelische Regierung beruft sich auf neue Varianten, um Abriegelungen, Flugsperren, Einschränkungen und die Ausstellung von Grünen Pässen zu rechtfertigen. Glauben Sie, dass es in Anbetracht des Urteils des Obersten Gerichtshofs möglich ist, zukünftigen Maßnahmen der Regierung mit genauen Informationen über Varianten, Immunität, Herdenimmunität usw. zuvorzukommen, die den Anwälten zur Verfügung gestellt werden könnten, die diese zukünftigen Maßnahmen anfechten werden?
Yeadon: “Was ich in Bezug auf die Immunität gegen SARS skizziert habe, ist genau das, was wir mit SARS-CoV-2 sehen.
Die Studie stammt von einem der besten Labore auf ihrem Gebiet.
“Theoretisch könnte man also die T-Zell-Immunität von Menschen testen, indem man die Reaktionen von Zellen in einer kleinen Probe ihres Blutes misst. Es gibt solche Tests, sie sind nicht “high throughput” und sie kosten wahrscheinlich ein paar hundert USD pro Stück im Maßstab. Aber nicht Tausende. Der Test, der mir bekannt ist, ist noch nicht kommerziell verfügbar, sondern wird nur in Großbritannien erforscht.
“Ich gehe jedoch davon aus, dass das Unternehmen dazu gebracht werden könnte, Testkits “für die Forschung” im Maßstab bereitzustellen, vorbehaltlich einer Vereinbarung. Ein paar tausend nicht geimpfte Israelis testen zu lassen, könnte ein zweischneidiges Schwert sein. Basierend auf den Erfahrungen anderer Länder hatten 30-50% der Menschen eine vorherige Immunität & zusätzlich wurden etwa 25% infiziert & sind nun immun.
“Persönlich würde ich mich nicht mit den Behörden auseinandersetzen wollen, wenn sie sagen, dass man bis zum Beweis des Gegenteils als Infektionsquelle verdächtigt wird. Sie sollten nicht beweisen müssen, dass Sie kein Gesundheitsrisiko für andere sind. Wer keine Symptome hat, ist nie eine Gesundheitsgefahr für andere. Und wenn diejenigen, die von dem Virus betroffen sind, einmal geimpft sind, gibt es einfach kein Argument mehr dafür, dass alle anderen geimpft werden müssen.”
Mein Verständnis von einem “undichten Impfstoff” ist, dass er nur die Symptome bei den Geimpften lindert, aber die Übertragung nicht stoppt; er erlaubt also die Ausbreitung des dann tödlicheren Virus.
In China zum Beispiel werden absichtlich undichte Impfstoffe gegen die Vogelgrippe eingesetzt, um Hühnerherden schnell auszumerzen, weil die Ungeimpften innerhalb von drei Tagen sterben. Bei der Marek-Krankheit, vor der alle Hühner gerettet werden mussten, bestand die einzige Lösung darin, 100 % der Herde zu impfen, da für alle Ungeimpften ein hohes Todesrisiko bestand. Wie ein undichter Vax eingesetzt wird, ist also absichtsgesteuert, d.h. es ist möglich, dass die Absicht darin besteht, den Ungeimpften großen Schaden zuzufügen.
Stärkere Stämme würden sich normalerweise nicht in einer Population ausbreiten, weil sie den Wirt zu schnell töten, aber wenn die Geimpften nur weniger schwere Krankheiten bekommen, dann verbreiten sie diese Stämme an die Ungeimpften, die dann schwer erkranken und sterben.
Stimmen Sie mit dieser Einschätzung überein? Stimmen Sie außerdem zu, dass, wenn die Ungeimpften zu den Anfälligen werden, der einzige Ausweg eine HCQ-Prophylaxe für diejenigen ist, die nicht bereits COVID-19 hatten?
Würde das Zelenko-Protokoll gegen diese stärkeren Stämme funktionieren, wenn dies der Fall ist?
Und wenn viele bereits die erwähnte frühere “17-jährige SARS-Immunität” haben, würde das dann nicht vor jeder Super-Variante schützen?
“Ich halte die Geschichte von Gerrt Vanden Bossche für höchst suspekt. Es gibt überhaupt keinen Beweis dafür, dass die Impfung zu ‘gefährlichen Varianten’ führt oder führen wird. Ich habe die Befürchtung, dass es sich um eine Art Trick handelt.
“In der Regel bilden sich Varianten sehr häufig und routinemäßig, und sie werden im Laufe der Zeit weniger gefährlich und infektiöser, wenn sie in ein Gleichgewicht mit ihrem menschlichen Wirt kommen. Varianten werden im Allgemeinen nicht gefährlicher.
“Keine Variante unterscheidet sich von der ursprünglichen Sequenz um mehr als 0,3 %. Mit anderen Worten: Alle Varianten sind zu mindestens 99,7% identisch mit der Wuhan-Sequenz.
“Es ist eine Fiktion, und zwar eine böse, dass Varianten “der Immunität entgehen” könnten.
“Es ist nicht nur an sich unwahrscheinlich – denn dieser Grad der Ähnlichkeit der Varianten bedeutet eine Null-Chance, dass eine immune Person (sei es durch eine natürliche Infektion oder durch eine Impfung) durch eine Variante krank wird – sondern es wird empirisch durch hochwertige Forschung unterstützt.
“Die Forschung, auf die ich mich beziehe, zeigt, dass Menschen, die sich von einer Infektion erholen oder die geimpft wurden, ALLE eine breite Palette von Immunzellen haben, die ALLE Varianten erkennen.
“Dieses Papier zeigt, WARUM die umfangreiche molekulare Erkennung durch das Immunsystem die winzigen Veränderungen der Varianten irrelevant macht.
“Ich kann es nicht deutlich genug sagen: Die Geschichten um Varianten und die Notwendigkeit von Auffrischungsimpfungen sind FALSCH. Ich befürchte, dass ein sehr bösartiger Grund dahinter steckt. Es wird sicherlich nicht durch die besten Methoden zur Betrachtung der Immunität gestützt. Den Behauptungen mangelt es immer an Substanz, wenn sie untersucht werden, und es werden verschiedene Tricks angewandt, wie z. B. die Manipulation von Bedingungen für die Prüfung der Wirksamkeit von Antikörpern. Antikörper sind wahrscheinlich eher unwichtig für den Schutz des Wirts vor diesem Virus. Es gibt ein paar “natürliche Experimente”, also Menschen, die leider keine Antikörper bilden können, aber dennoch recht erfolgreich in der Lage sind, dieses Virus abzuwehren. Sie sind mit Antikörpern definitiv besser dran als ohne. Ich erwähne diese seltenen Patienten, weil sie zeigen, dass Antikörper nicht essentiell für die Wirtsimmunität sind, so dass einige erfundene Tests in einem Labor mit Antikörpern und manipulierten Virusvarianten NICHT die Notwendigkeit von Auffrischungsimpfungen rechtfertigen.
“Die einzigen Menschen, die weiterhin gefährdet sind und eine Prophylaxe oder Behandlung benötigen, sind diejenigen, die älter und/oder krank sind und keinen Impfstoff erhalten möchten (was ihr gutes Recht ist).
“Die gute Nachricht ist, dass es mehrere Möglichkeiten gibt: Hydroxychloroquin, Ivermectin, Budesonid (inhalatives Steroid, das bei Asthmatikern verwendet wird) und natürlich orales Vitamin D, Zink, Azithromycin usw. Diese reduzieren den Schweregrad so weit, dass dieses Virus nicht zu einer öffentlichen Gesundheitskrise werden musste.”
Glauben Sie, dass die FDA einen guten Job bei der Regulierung von Big Pharma macht? Auf welche Weise umgeht Big Pharma die Regulierungsbehörde? Haben Sie das Gefühl, dass sie dies für die mRNA-Injektion getan haben?
“Bis vor kurzem hatte ich großen Respekt vor den globalen Medikamentenregulierern. Als ich bei Pfizer und später als CEO eines von mir gegründeten Biotech-Unternehmens (Ziarco, später von Novartis übernommen) tätig war, hatten wir einen respektvollen Umgang mit der FDA, der EMA und der britischen MHRA.
Die Interaktionen waren immer von guter Qualität.

“Kürzlich schrieben wir privat an sie und warnten vor Blutgerinnseln, sie ignorierten uns. Als wir mit unserem Brief an die Öffentlichkeit gingen, wurden wir komplett zensiert. Tage später pausierten mehr als zehn Länder die Verwendung eines Impfstoffs mit dem Hinweis auf Blutgerinnsel.
“Ich denke, das große Geld der Pharmaindustrie plus das Geld der BMGF schafft ein Umfeld, in dem ein Nein für die Regulierungsbehörde einfach keine Option ist.
Ich muss noch einmal auf das Thema “Auffrischungsimpfungen” zurückkommen, und ich befürchte, dass dieses ganze Narrativ ausgenutzt wird, um eine beispiellose Macht über uns zu erlangen.
“BITTE warnen Sie jede Person, nicht in die Nähe von Auffrischungsimpfungen zu gehen. Es gibt absolut keine Notwendigkeit für sie.

On February 5, the Diamond Princess was boarded at port Yokohama in Tokyo Bay by Japanese health officials. Those health officials pronounced that 10 persons on board were diagnosed as having coronavirus, later known as COVID-19. The ship was ordered quarantined for 14 days. Nobody could leave the ship during the quarantine period. Within 3 days another 125 passengers were diagnosed with having COVID-19). Studies Prove Connection Between 5G and COVID-19 Symptoms

MILLIE WEAVER: Two whistleblowers, Tore and Patrick Bergy, who both worked extensively within the Shadow Government as contractors have come forward with revelations that may be part of the biggest whistleblowing event to date.
TORE: I’m one of thousands faceless, patriotic Americans that work within the shadows and had been doing that for a very long time. People that worked for John Brennan approached me while I was in my specialist training, while I was in the Navy.
When I was recruited, it was for electronic warfare. Then, I ended up in Information Warfare and ironically, the base that I first went to for electronic warfare is now Information Warfare.
PATRICK BERGY: My job was for a company called Dynology, which was owned by Obama’s National Security Advisor, General James Jones and I answered directly to his son. I worked for them for about eight years, from 2007 to 2010.
My focus was primarily in the development on a couple different contracts for the Department of Defense for the development of the capabilities for “Interactive Internet Activities”, being something that helps support CNO, which is Computer Network Operations, hacking and different things like that and Information Operations, which would be your actual Influence Operations.
It’s a supporting application that’s really kind of like a Microsoft project, which allows you to manage large projects, like enterprise-level projects, but instead of managing the construction of a 14-story building, it’s managing the most malevolent operations that you could imagine.
TORE: I was a contractor for various intelligence agencies that were privately- created, so they were private contracting agencies, because unlike what most people think, our intelligence doesn’t stay within our borders or within federal buildings.
PATRICK BERGY: The Shadownet was the commercial version of an IIA weapon, IIA being “Interactive Internet Activities”. That’s the military nomenclature for what basically, you’ve heard just being described for the last three or four years, with all the Fake News and the Fake News journalists and fake stories, fake dossier – all these things are attributes and characteristics of IIA, which is social media psychological warfare.
We began that really in 2007, when right after the policy guidelines first came out. We were one of the first contracts with the DOD that I’m aware of, trying to help the 4th Psychological Operations Group understand how to go from dropping flyers from planes to a more micro-targeted, social media, psychological warfare application, where you could select an individual target or a group target – or an entire country, if you wanted to.
TORE: What I did was something called localization or L-10N. So, a localization strategy is, you find a group of people; that could be a whole country, a city, a certain religious group, a six-block radius, like CHAZ and you try to get in their mind.
You have to understand how they eat, how they walk, how they talk, what they like, what pushes their buttons, what drives them nuts, what upsets them, what makes them happy. And then you use that to your advantage to push whatever ideology or product or direction you want them to go, marrying together cultural appropriation, language, nuances of the demographic that you are targeting or the nation you are targeting.
It pries into your demographic, your world, so if I want to blackmail you and put you under my thumb, not only will I know everything, but I will know your deepest, darkest fears; I will know people I can get in contact to find out more about you.
Maybe you had an old hockey injury, so if I wanted to attack you, I’d know where to hit you.
PATRICK BERGY: You understand enough about someone and you can hack their shadow, you can use their fears, you can use their anxieties.
Sound anything like pandemics that you recognize, here?
MILLIE WEAVER: Oh yeah, definitely.
PATRICK BERGY: So, you can use those things to help reflexively control or influence and target an individual or whoever it is, or a group of people or an entire election, an entire country
TORE: What Patrick Bergy created was a program that was based off of the strategies that we used in person. It was a psychological operation but that crunches data with the use of psychological operations, so you can predict how your target will respond.
PATRICK BERGY: I spent like seven years overseas; a couple of those years were specifically related to IIA, so I understood certain things when.
TORE: We hijacked the Afghan elections. How did we do that? We had to understand how the Afghanis think. We had to go to the areas that were anti- Taliban, because the Taliban political group was now more militant than it was political. We used that to our advantage and formulated a plan where we would sway their thoughts to believe that “XYZ candidate” is the way to go, because then, you won’t get robbed and we’ll tame the Taliban – but we had to do it in their way. So, he created the algorithm that does that for you
PATRICK BERGY: When we were largely doing this, it was done by analysts. Now, this is more done, automated through Artificial Intelligence, which is just a common iteration of the program or application development process.
The database component ends up allowing you to build behavioral profiles on individual targets and through those behavioral profiles you can develop or implement reflexive control, which allows you to understand – with enough information about someone – you can predictably determine how they’re going to react.
TORE: I was really good at what I did, really good and I can still do it, too. I’m not doing it now though
MILLIE WEAVER: Well, don’t be doing that, Tore! TORE: You wouldn’t know if I was, too!
But I helped them train algorithms with the strategies that I had created, all these years.
PATRICK BERGY: They had asked us to bring the application to a classified network. But Jim sent him a bogus, just a made-up, ridiculous bid to actually do that, because if it went on a classified network, we couldn’t turn around and sell it commercially. We went on, after that to another contract in Tampa, took everything with us.
4th Psychological Operations Group had no idea that we were going to be taking their years’ worth of work, that they paid us to do – the taxpayers paid us to do – and we kept the intellectual property rights to it and remarketed it, branded it commercially as the Shadow.
So, I come back here and I see these guys back here, in America have just been having a field day utilizing the technology that we’ve been developing to alter the outcomes of our elections in America.
MILLIE WEAVER: This technology was so successful, they couldn’t resist the temptation to not use it commercially and have the power to affect outcomes of elections at home. The commercial and black market value of such a technology is incalculable.
PATRICK BERGY: This is the mobile mega Shadownet mobile. My laptop sits in here and then I got uh two 4k capture cards. I can do VTC and this charges all the camera equipment, so while I’m riding, I’m told I’m getting as much as 40 amps.
These are the same cases that we used to build out our Skips; our SC2IPs, which is a Small Command and Control over IP.
And when I was working with JCSE, we would take these cases and build out networks. This is a Small Command and Control over IP. It’s just only running on one unclassified network.
SIM-enabled Wi-Fi router and if I get decent cell connection, then I can run the multiple cameras and I can put multiple images in one screen and I can run all that from my cell phone, that I have mounted here.
MILLIE WEAVER: The group of whistleblowers from the NSA and other classified data collection agencies, referred to as the Global Surveillance Whistleblowers were used as a vector to legalize what was then illegal dragnet spying on everyone, 24/7.

60 MINUTES: The NSA and its former head, General Hayden declined to comment for this story.
MILLIE WEAVER: The FISA Amendment Act of 2008 had section 702, that permitted the government to spy on citizens with a warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
The NSA data system collects everything through what’s called the Upstream, where everything is stored for 72 hours then dumped. However, if one could twin this stream of data they could privatize it. Imagine what you could do with that?
Tore alleges that she worked for John Brennan at the Analysis Corporation and Global Strategies Group.
What is the analysis corporation?
TORE: It is a company that does a lot of things, varying from administrative work, to analyses, to data collection, biometric collection. I mean, whatever contract they’ve been awarded by the government, they do. It could be something as simple as janitor duties.

STATE DEPARTMENT SPOKESMAN DURING 2008 PASSPORT SECURITY BREACH: In case you missed the Secretary’s words upstairs, she reached out to Senator Obama to say that she was sorry that this had happened, that there were these unauthorized accesses to his passport files.
One incident this past summer, where there was a trainee in the Passport Office who had an unauthorized access of Senator Clinton’s passport file. Now, in the case of Senator McCain, we detected earlier this year, one of the same people who accessed Senator Obama’s passport file also accessed Senator McCain’s passport file.
This is the same individual who was disciplined but at this point in time, still remains working with the contractor.
MILLIE WEAVER: She claims to be the actual person who moved the electronic files at Stanley, Inc and CGI in 2008, which publicly was falsely alleged to be a “hack”. What can you tell us about the CGI-Stanley passport incident?
TORE: See, Brennan has a certain MO, okay? When he wants to get something, he pretends there’s a hack. So, I was asked, when I was stateside, “Hey, would you go by that office and pull all this data from the State Department?” and I said, “Of course I will.”
I put it on two rugged drives. They were like the orange tips, really big drives and I put it on there and then later, it’s like, “Oh, they were hacked.” And I’m thinking, “Um, I didn’t hack anything. I was told to do it.”
So, I just kind of watched what was happening. One person actually committed suicide or something and the other two were found. I’m like, “But there was no hack!” And that that’s a going theme. You know that, right?
MILLIE WEAVER: Wow. If it wasn’t a hack, I’m presuming that means you took the information off of their servers and computers?
TORE: Correct.
MILLIE WEAVER: So, that information was then missing?
TORE: Correct.
MILLIE WEAVER: What would be the point of that? What were they trying to hide?
TORE: Well, if I removed it, that means someone else was there to replace it, right? So, I remove the factual, actual information and then someone goes behind – that’s like super switch. I didn’t see that until in retrospect.
Because for me, going to copy a server off of a consulate computer, State Department, wherever would be normal. If we had a contract with them, they would tell me what terminal, I’d scan the barcode, make sure that I was at the right computer and do my job.
So, I removed data. That means someone else replaced it.
MILLIE WEAVER: So, what is the relationship between Global Strategies Group, Analysis Corporation and Canadian Global Information?
TORE: They all do the same thing. They’re the Jacks of all Trade, except for the fact that Global Strategies Group was actually a hub for all information; in and out, in and out.
All of the directors there were former GCHQ, CIA, NSA, MI6, MI5, German intelligence. You have to wonder, why are all these former heads heading up consulting firma and what were they consulting? And they weren’t consulting. They were collecting everybody’s data and privatizing it.
MILLIE WEAVER: John Brennan, working within his network of contracting companies, such as Stanley, Canadian Global Information and the Analysis Corporation helped then-Senator Barack Obama get elected using Internet influence operations.
March 5th, 2013, Brennan gets confirmed as CIA Director, dodging controversy over his involvement in the CIA Enhanced Interrogation scandal.
Now, tell us about these data bridges to the NSA. Is that legally obtained information?
TORE: I mean, that’s kind of what Snowden did, too.
MILLIE WEAVER: According to sources closely-connected to this subject, under John Brennan’s direction, Snowden created a data bridge from the NSA database into private servers controlled by private intelligence and cyber security
contractors, aka the Analysis Corporation, Global Strategies Group and Canadian Global Information.
TORE: The twinning of streams is duplicating the information in the Upstream. That’s crazy. To think that another company is copying all emails, texts, phone calls, messages, emojis, Instagrams, tweets – anything you can imagine that’s being uploaded, that has to go into the 72-hour holding is suddenly being pushed offshore. That sounds kind of illegal, because it is.
MILLIE WEAVER: June 5th, 2013. Edward Snowden goes public with the NSA program PRISM, revealing the NSA collects Internet traffic of all US citizens from major Internet and telecom companies through the FISA 702 program.
Snowden’s actions kicked off, on the federal level justification for spying on US citizens, including the Senate and Congress, in the name of preventing US citizens with Classified or Top Secret clearances from being able to repeat Snowden’s actions. This opened the door for the creation of ClearForce.
July 4th, 2013 CGI and GCHQ launch a Defense Cyber Protection Partnership (DCPP), which includes sharing threat intelligence.
So, these were all private corporations that even had foreigners working in them and they had access to NSA servers?
TORE: Of course they did. How do you think we found, through facial recognition of the FBI the Belgium Bomber? Why would we have their facial recognition data?
MILLIE WEAVER: So, is this legal, what you’re telling me and why would they do it? Why would they set this up this way?
TORE: So, sharing our information and our private identifying information, facial recognition biometrics outside of the United States for official purposes, like at a consulate and an embassy, through Secret Service or anything like that is legal – or through Interpol – but to have a company that houses everybody’s data and any private person can buy that data or investigate that data or analyze that data, that’s not. And that’s exactly what GSG was doing.

[CNBC BROADCAST]: Early 2009, John Brennan left government and went to work for a small intelligence contractor here in the Virginia, area suburban Virginia area, just outside of Washington. The company was called the Analysis Corporation. There are subsidiaries of subsidiaries. Some of these companies are spun out, go public, go private, again. It’s kind of hard to keep track of them.
MILLIE WEAVER: In just four months, GSG, CGI and other private contractors allegedly had unauthorized access to the entire Five Eyes network; unfiltered, unrestricted, decompartmentalized, outside any government regulation or oversight.
Not surprisingly, the CIA gets caught one year later spying on the US Senate. Their excuse, it was their own network they had set up for the Senate to use, so they had authorization.

[C-SPAN BROADCAST OF SENATE HEARINGS] SEN. ROBERT WYDEN (D-OR): Would you agree that the CIA’s 2014 search of Senate files was improper?
CIA DIRECTOR JOHN BRENNAN: This is the annual threat assessment is it not? Yes. These were CIA computers at a CIA-leased facility. It was a CIA network that was shared between Senate staffers conducting that investigation for your report, as well as CIA personnel.
SEN. ROBERT WYDEN (D-OR): The reality is those computers, in effect belonged to the CIA but they were reserved exclusively for the committee’s use.
NSA DIRECTOR, GEN. HAYDEN: We accelerated our ability, our – for one of a better word – invasiveness and into communications networks in which legitimate targets coexisted with legitimately-protected communications.
PATRICK BERGY: Obama takes office and General Jones is being sworn in as National Security Advisor. His son, General Jones’s son copyrights “CKMS”, Congressional Knowledge Management System.
Within a couple months after he leaves office in 2010, Dynology gets contract for CKMS, the Congressional Knowledge Management System, which basically controls all of the scheduling, the addresses, the documents, everything for the Congress.
CKMS is going to give you access to unlimited information. Think about the information you could get from that.
MILLIE WEAVER: If we look on usspending.gov, we see Dynology was awarded contracts for the Congressional Knowledge Management System. However, one contract stands out, where Dynology was awarded a contract by the Department of Defense that includes a mention of the Congressional Knowledge Management System.
A closer look shows that the award description is for “CKMS Hosting Labor/Admin Core Data.” The primary place of performance is Germany and the North American Industry Classification description is “Data Processing, Hosting and Related Services,” even one section stating, “Manufacturing Outside the United States, Use Outside the United States.”
Let it sink in, that these official documents suggest the Congressional Knowledge Management System, outsourced to a private contractor is hosted, managed and stored in servers in Germany. This is very disturbing.
With the Senate’s computer network compromised by John Brennan’s CIA and the Congressional Knowledge Management System being hosted, managed and stored overseas by General Jones’s company, the ability for these contractors to eavesdrop on both the House and the Senate is staggering.
PATRICK BERGY: When I brought this up, back in 2018, shortly after that, Dynology lost the contract that they had had since 2011/2012 with CKMS and that contract went to another company, a company that exists as nothing more than a website and a maildrop, a mile or so from Dynology’s Tampa office – controlling the entire Congressional Knowledge Management!
TORE: And if you look at the contracting database, they’ll say that, “Oh, they have an American entity!” and it’s like, “But it’s the same CEOs for this Canadian Company, I’m so confused!”
So, they even falsify information, so they can obfuscate where our federal tax dollars are going. And don’t forget they all share contracts, they all subcontract, co-contract.
PATRICK BERGY: PSYGroup has the exact same product as Dynology, the Shadownet and Eyesight, right? Yet, the owner of Dynology sits on the board of directors of PSYGroup, which in my opinion, is kind of like the owner of Coke sitting on the board of directors of Pepsi.
TORE: TAC, CGI and all these LLCs, they just keep cycling and cycling all of them. [VIDEO]

TORE: Okay, so that’s another Brennan job, another “hack”, supposed hack and this is to obtain, delete and obfuscate information.
Hillary Clinton was up on the shopping block about her emails at the State Department and that was coming up, that was big talk of the town in 2014.
Suddenly, the Office of Personnel Management was hacked. In December, down the line, five months later, Hillary Clinton appears in court and they tell her, “Hey, you’re gonna hand over your emails.” A couple days after that, the now-fired corrupt, leaking former IG of the State Department, [Steve A.] Linick had requested from our elected officials to give him a big fat budget to create his own personal IG of the State Department server.
MILLIE WEAVER: How convenient. TORE: Very convenient.

[ROLLCALL BROADCAST OF FOREIGN RELATIONS SUBCOMMITTEE] STATE DEPT IG STEVE A. LINICK: Well, we have no evidence that our data has been compromised. The fact that the contents of our network may be accessed by large numbers of Department administrators puts us at unnecessary risk.
The IT folks at the Department have the keys to our IT system, so they really have access, unfettered access to the system. If they wanted to, they could read, modify, delete.
I would like to be completely separate from the Department, to ensure the integrity of our system but I also need the Department to give us access to the same systems, that we have now.
TORE: And he was responsible, in releasing her emails that he gave in little, little doses, of course, over time. But at the same time, the press came out with a report. “Oh dear, months ago, there was a leak!”

[ROLLCALL BROADCAST OF FOREIGN RELATIONS SUBCOMMITTEE] SEN. DAVID PERDUE (R-GA): Do you have evidence that the State Department’s network has been attacked? And does that affect you guys?
STATE DEPT IG STEVE A. LINICK: There, there, uh there has been, there’s, there’s evidence that it has been attacked and it has affected us. I can’t really go into details, uh because of the nature of the information.
TORE: For people that don’t know, the Office of Personnel Management usually has information on every single American that has applied for any type of clearance. So, if you applied for a White House Press Pass or joined the military or an admin job that could require something like a Public Charlie clearance – anything – all your information is there.
MILLIE WEAVER: What could they do with all that information?
TORE: Right. They started slowly creating these Memorandums of Understandings (MOUs) with your Secretaries of State and Attorneys General, secretly behind your back, providing facial recognition data, private identifying data, data, data.
This was the most incredible data, because if you want to control someone, all you need to do is put that information through a couple of systems and you’ll know exactly what buttons you need to push and how to make them nod their head the way you want them to or shake it.

[CBS BROADCAST ABOUT OPM HACK]: Millions of Americans have received letters like this, notifying them their data are at risk and referring them to a government-contracted credit monitoring agency.
MILLIE WEAVER: Does this correlate with predictive programming? TORE: Yes.
MILLIE WEAVER: The merging of John Brennan’s tactical intelligence and General Jones’s operational capabilities gave birth to ClearForce.
PATRICK BERGY: iPSY was the relational database component of it. That’s what we named it – I named it, actually and –
MILLIE WEAVER: What did you name it “iPSY” for?
PATRICK BERGY: “I” like the iPhone, “PSY” for psychological warfare. MILLIE WEAVER: Okay.
PATRICK BERGY: You have the component where you need to be able to collect all this information and then you need to be able to collaborate this information with a team of an unspecified amount of analysts and/or other legal people that will be looking at stuff and you need to be able to provide the leadership of a tactical operation; you need to be able to provide them what’s called a “COP”, a Common Operational Picture, right?
So, this provides people at the top Common Operational Picture of all the different assets. Assets can be journalists, it could be an entire news organization, it could be a podcast, it could be just an individual YouTube influencer.
It could be anybody like that and you would either build them from scratch or contract them out, just bring them online.
MILLIE WEAVER: According to Bergy, the 2012 changes to the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012 opened the floodgates for domestic IIA: Social media Influence Operations.
Do you think that some of these smart devices were created in order to gain access to the public by the military-industrial complex?
PATRICK BERGY: I know that the iPhone really was released within this – if not the same month of the IIA policy letter, right. I know for a fact – and you can easily look it up – that the Smith-Mundt Modernization Act was modified to allow for the influence, dissemination of propaganda to Americans, which had previously been restricted or prevented by the Smith-Mundt Act in the late ‘40s, when it was put in place.
When they modernized that, they took away those protections, allowing it to adapt for social media. And then, within a few months or just a very short period of time, they came out with the Obamaphone

[FOXNEWS BROADCAST]: Free cell phones to low income families. Tracfone has just started a program here, in the Volunteer State called SafeLink Wireless. More than 800,000 families here in Tennessee qualify for these phones. The company says this program is about providing a safe link for families no matter what their level of income is.
PATRICK BERGY: A very short time after that, they added free unlimited data plans to them.
MILLIE WEAVER: He also suggested that the contiguous release of the Obamaphone with an unlimited data plan played a significant role in fostering the Ferguson Riots, using IIA.
So why do you think they were targeting them for collection purpose?
PATRICK BERGY: We know – think of what you could do, right? Think of how easily you could start a riot in Cleveland, if you had the data? Oh, my goodness.
MILLIE WEAVER: So, you could gather that information and know how to psychologically-target them to get them upset or do you think that they were pushing information to them, tailoring their viewpoint on social media?
PATRICK BERGY: I would. And like I said, I didn’t really actually finish this, earlier but I originally, in 2014, I recognized the Black Lives Matter movement during the Michael Brown riots as being influenced by IIA.
The colleague of mine in South Korea did a trace route on it; trace routed the source of what I believe to have been IIA to Ukraine. That’s funny, right? Because Ukraine just always keeps popping up and whether or not it was actually the Shadownet, itself, or it was a competitor, like McChrystal…
What they accused McChrystal of having is the exact same thing as what we built before him. Maybe it was a competitor. Who knows? It’s becoming really a boutique market.
MILLIE WEAVER: Do you think that many of these social media companies like Twitter, Facebook, that they were created with IIA operations in mind and it was never intended to be a Free Speech platform? What’s your take on that?
PATRICK BERGY: In our Shadownet flyer, it has a screenshot of a South American social network site that was kind of like the predecessor for MySpace, owned by Google and I believe the name was Orkut.
You can actually look on our flyer and see a screenshot from that, which looks like an active engagement from South America. Now, if you look up what happened to Orkut, what was really Google’s first attempt, pre-MySpace, you’ll see that it was largely shutdown and largely contributed to an overwhelming use of fake personas. What was one of the reasons that they attributed to MySpace shutting down last year? Rampant fake personas.
At the same time I’m developing these flyers for a company that doesn’t have a sales staff – they only have a product – at the same time I’m doing that, our number one partner for a company that doesn’t have a product – that has only sales people – are working John McCain’s campaign, doing micro-targeted social media for John McCain’s campaign.
MILLIE WEAVER: You were speaking on news pundits and how many of the news pundits are IIA assets and intelligence assets. So tell us more about that.
PATRICK BERGY: Mika Brzezinski, her father is the father of influence operations and psychological warfare.

PATRICK BERGY: Jillian Turner, Fox News host was also Vice President of Jones Group International, doing an interview with her old boss – and my old boss – now, why would I assume that they would be using anything other than the Shadownet, because the owner of the Shadownet has so many key assets. Why would he need to go to anybody else, right?
So they get their talking points from the analysts that are putting it together but then they disseminate those talking points, through non-attribution to their assets, throughout these news organizations, utilizing an application like the Shadownet.
Jillian Turner has a direct connection to Atlantic Council. General Jones was the Chairman of the Board of the Atlantic Council, JGI: Jones Group International is an oil lobby. Atlantic Council and Burisma has a relationship. Burisma is an energy company. Obviously, they have these connections.
MILLIE WEAVER: This would explain why Fox News focuses mostly on the Biden- Ukraine scandal, never mentioning Jones’s connections nor the Atlantic Council.
Trump focusing on Ukraine isn’t just about Biden. It’s about Jones, Hayden, Brennan, McChrystal, the State Department, USAID and corrupt inspector generals.
With everything in place and after being in control of the office of the presidency for decades, the Military-Industrial Complex had confidence they could take Trump out as a candidate, or even as President.
Has IIA been used against President Trump?
PATRICK BERGY: Absolutely. Through the Russian Dossier, there are so many people, former colleagues of mine, directly connected to the Shadownet.
John McCain and Lindsey Graham. One of the last two people to have their hands on the Russian Dossier before it was handed off to BuzzFeed, as part of the dissemination process.

PATRICK BERGY: It was built, it was a product, it was used as a weapon, as part of an influence operation. It was fake information put into it to help create chaos and to influence an election, bottom line.
But those people that were directly involved with that were also directly involved with the Shadownet.
MILLIE WEAVER: So, you have knowledge of them using military-grade psychological warfare weapons on the President of the United States.
TORE: Done by the closest people around him, too.
PATRICK BERGY: As Trump’s election unfolded, and as all of the Russia Collusion and all these things started happening and becoming exposed, revealed to me it was to keep from exposing the stuff they’ve been doing over here, which I believe includes the Maidan Massacre in Ukraine.
TORE: Where did the Dossier come from? Nelly Ohr testified it came from Ukraine. Where’s all the money-laundering and crazy IIAs we see going on? Ukraine.
PATRICK BERGY: So Manafort’s being accused of social media influence operations in Ukraine, in 2010. World courts charged him with that.
TORE: Ukraine was the epicenter of everything – like, everything – and that’s because we had maimed that nation and made them deal to us. Barack Hussein Obama did it.
We deployed troops, National Guard, of course – and what states are the ones that work with Ukraine? it would be California and New York.
So, we deployed troops there, because they weren’t listening. Why would you want to stay independent and hang out with the Russians, when you can be with us, the Americans and the Europeans?
And they were really upset that they weren’t willing to commit to receive debt from the EU and ignore Russia, which they had been attached to for eons.
So, we went in there and destroyed them. That’s how Hunter Biden got his job. That’s how we weaseled our way in there. We got a hold of corrupt people, we said, “We’ll help you out with your lawsuits, you get us in there.” We wrote bills, we sent the money, so we can “help” them conduct elections. We did everything there.
MILLIE WEAVER: The Obama aid package in Ukraine, which corresponds with Joe Biden’s billion- dollar loan guarantee scandal is the same aid package, where Scytl got a field office in Kiev to provide “election training” and “election management” for the Ukrainian Election Commission.
Scytl is one of the most notorious outsourced companies for elections, with regular electronic voting machine problems, who also tabulate our election results in cloud services in Europe – aka, servers outside the United States.
A whistleblower leaked to me in 2019, internal documents from Scytl that appeared to show meddling in the Kentucky election.
PATRICK BERGY: Atlantic Council has been deciding America’s policies for decades now – and look at what a panic they were in when Trump made that phone call to Ukraine!
They went into absolute panic mode! 75% of the people testifying were all directly connected to General Jones, McCain and Atlantic Council.
TORE: The now-IG of the NSA, literally with his wife, created the National Anti- Corruption Bureau in the Ukraine in 2009. They created it.

ROBERT STORCH: I recognize how important this task is for NABU and for the effort to address corruption there, in Ukraine.
MILLIE WEAVER: September 30th, 2016, Obama knows that within 30 days, if the NSA can’t fix the over-collection problem, by either dumping data or justifying having it, the FISA Court will order the IG of the NSA to investigate.
So what does Obama do? He writes an Executive Order that makes the IG of the NSA a Presidential Appointment, rather than an appointment by the Director of the NSA.
November 30th, 2016, Obama nominates Robert Storch, who was working as Deputy IG of the DOJ under Horowitz, at the same time.

Storch appears to never have actually been confirmed by the Trump Administration.
TORE: How did this guy get confirmed? Not one person asked, “Hey, have you ever worked for – ?” I mean, a couple months before they even had the hearing, to see if he’s going to be confirmed or not? Nobody asked him, “Hey, did you, by any chance get an offer from the President of Ukraine to work for them?” It was all over the media – but not one person asked!
You know who else helped them set it up? Bill Taylor and George Kent. Those two clowns also testified against the President. One of them has supersonic hearing; they could hear phones that are not on speakerphone from across the room.
MILLIE WEAVER: That’s odd!
According to TORE, the alleged impeachment whistleblower was actually a wiretap, hence “supersonic hearing capabilities”.
Eric Ciaramella was a decoy to hide the fact that the President was being wiretapped, through a 702 data over-collection problem connected to the sunset clause. A collection problem that the NSA Inspector General, Robert Storch oversaw.
TORE: The question is, what has been the Senate Intelligence Committee all complacent, every single one of them? Because it’s their job to be our voice and ask those questions? It’s because they’re in on it.
MILLIE WEAVER: So, I the question is, are they all just that inept or is there something else going on?
Section 702 of the FISA Amendment Act of 2008 was created to stop illegal surveillance through data collection. It ends up being used as cover, providing the intelligence agencies front-facing legal access to unauthorized data, while turning a blind eye to private contractors having backdoor access to all data.
TORE: I had access, through the administrative side platform, because I was one of the first on it, to be able to see all communications between people, like Adam Schiff, Brennan, Feinstein’s staffers and General Jones – and many more that I don’t want to say, because I haven’t publicized that, yet, actually. Because there’s foreign people that I did see communications of – former GCHQ’s Hannigan.
Robert Hannigan was part of the company at GSG. So I gave most of this information to Millie Weaver and she put out a report and even though I had legal access to all their communications, because I had my username and password, the minute she did that report, within just – I believe, almost instantaneously, the website was taken down and my access was revoked. They changed it – well, it wasn’t revoked – they just uphauled the whole server. It was done, it was finished. They made it toast. I mean, that’s what they do.
But nothing ever really dies, really because the way they use their servers is by torrents, so all their information is hidden somewhere across the planet. Maybe we should look at some old articles that I put out on “Hurricane Electric” to find those servers and those little bits and seed them correctly.
So, you’d be able to seed it with something like Keystone.
MILLIE WEAVER: I want to ask you about John Brennan and the blackmail. So, who all did he have blackmail collected on? Any politicians?
TORE: You mean, that I’ve seen? MILLIE WEAVER: Yes.
TORE: A lot of people, yes.
MILLIE WEAVER: And politicians?
TORE: Yes.
MILLIE WEAVER: So, would you say there’s any side – more Democrats or more Republican – or is it kind of even?
TORE: Very even-steven.
MILLIE WEAVER: Okay, so once this blackmail was collected on politicians, what did they do with it?
TORE: Even Pelosi doesn’t know what they have on her. Neither does Blumenthal. Mobody. I can keep going down –
MILLIE WEAVER: But do they know that these people have blackmail on them? TORE: Only if they’ve butted heads.
MILLIE WEAVER: Okay.
TORE: So, we saw a butting of heads between Murkowski, was it and Feinstein, right? That’s a butting of heads. That’s where it’s like, “Hey, we got this.” You know, where she put her up against the wall? Happens all the time.
MILLIE WEAVER: Now you know how our government has been compromised: 24/7 surveillance mixed with blackmail.
What’s the significance of Cambridge Analytica being attached to Trump’s campaign?
PATRICK BERGY: Everything that I saw, with the description of how Cambridge Analytica functioned; what they did, their app, the computer applications, everything that I saw with that, I would describe as just a later iteration of the Shadownet.
MILLIE WEAVER: Was Cambridge Analytica, to your knowledge an IIA operation?
TORE: Yes, it was and I believe that it was so blatant, because it was piloted at the same time that the RNC and the DNC were hacked. It was all formulated correctly.

TORE: This is how they were going to do it. They were supposed to go in, they were supposed to sway him, because they were supposed to give up the goods to match the Russia hack.
MILLIE WEAVER: Why would they be running an IIA operation that would be helping Trump win, because that doesn’t make sense, when we know that General Jones is a Democrat and many of these people don’t like Trump. So what gives?
TORE: Well, because then, we just make it look like Russia was running the Cambridge Analytica program, too.

TORE: So, not only did they hack the DNC and the RNC – but nobody talks about that, right – because we’re only supposed to focus that Russia was hacking just the DNC, not the RNC – we keep forgetting about that, because it was just information Brennan was getting. They wanted to get access to servers. That’s the way it goes.
Anyway, Cambridge Analytica, at the same time, would be supposedly helping President Trump win and the Russia Collusion Hoax would have stuck better, because behind all those LLCs and the glitz and glamour, they would have had some statue of Vladimir Putin in a tutu waiting for you.

I have an email from one of our senior data scientists that said that we were actually using Facebook-like data in our model. The methodology was considered a weapon; weapons-grade communications tactics.

[ABC BROADCAST] GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS: Are there any ties between Mr. Trump, you or your campaign and Putin and his regime?
PAUL MANAFORT: No, there are not. It’s absurd and you know, there’s no base to it.
MILLIE WEAVER: Cambridge Analytica was used to create the appearance that Russia conducted influence operations to help Trump win the 2016 election.
PATRICK BERGY: Stone, Manafort, Davis, McCain, Jones, all of these people have been doing this for, to my knowledge, a decade of my personal, fact-witness knowledge. They’d been doing this for a decade prior to Trump even running for office.
I met with Roger Stone. We were at his table at a speaking engagement that he did in Clearwater, Florida and I asked Roger Stone at that time, “Did you work with, do you know Jim Jones? Did you work with Dynology?” and he acknowledged his relationship and he said, “Yeah, sure.”
I asked him flat-out, I said, “Did you use the Shadownet? Did you know about it?” He’s like, “No.”
MILLIE WEAVER: Stone leaving the Trump campaign early on suggests candidate Trump didn’t want his campaign tied to Stone’s influence operations.

MILLIE WEAVER: Stone does have a reputation for political dirty tricks and influence operations

TORE: Manafort and Roger Stone go way back, like from the ‘80s. Come on, these people have been through everything together and this is why they targeted them and this is why they went on Manafort for things that were, like ancient. it’s like, Man, not even a statute of limitations, not anything. Come on, Man. Seriously? Nope.
PATRICK BERGY: PSYGroup and WikiStrats, absolutely connected to the Shadownet, through the owners of the Shadownet, through the fact that, PSYGroup, through Paul Manafort submitted a proposal to the Trump campaign. Now, Trump’s campaign rejected the proposal. I love that man, right? That’s why I keep voting for him, because even when he’s given the opportunity to do that, he rejected it.
MILLIE WEAVER: The Trump campaign must have known the Dems would try to use anything against them. Trump must have sensed that the offer for influence operations was a honey trap to set him up.
Well, do you think that the reason they attached Manafort to Trump’s campaign – because that was kind of later, right – attached them onto there. Do you think it’s because they were trying to frame up trump?
TORE: Yes, because they failed with their IIA attempt.
PATRICK BERGY: Yeah, I definitely would say that Manafort was an asset, whether or not he fully understood what his role was, you know. They might have lied to him about what their true intentions were. I believe they fully intended to throw him under the bus.
Because two things had to happen. They could not let Hillary win and they could not let Trump keep his seat, right? So, they were trying to kill two birds with one stone, using Manafort to make sure that Hillary doesn’t win, through IIA, through WikiStrat, through his connections, there.
And then those same people, turning around throwing him under the bus, by somebody who had previously worked with Manafort and understood what he had been doing and what he was doing and used that to exploit him, as a way to hurt Trump.
TORE: Since their whole attempt to have him employ a company to help him win and use these psychological operations that the Left was using, I mean, “They’re doing it, we should do it!” – and he didn’t.
PATRICK BERGY: And that’s in the Mueller Report. That’s in The New York Times. There are several instances, where he’s rejected the opportunity to take advantage of influence operations, be it IIA-supported or just your standard run- of-the-mill influence operations, right? They’ve rejected that
TORE: And the thing is, people like Roger Stone aren’t saints but they’re not demons, either. They skirt the outs and they’re great at what they do and you know, you either love him or not. It’s like Brie cheese.
But the one thing that you can be sure of is that he sticks to his principles and if he’s your friend – especially if he’s been your friend for 40 years, like he was with president Trump – there’s no way he’s going to flip on you to save his butt, ever. Because that’s what honest people do
MILLIE WEAVER: Yeah, he seems to know how the games in the swamp are played.
TORE: Oh yeah.
MILLIE WEAVER: So, I mean, he knows how they operate.
TORE: He was actually framed by people that he worked with. I mean, that software was created by his friend that created the MagicWheel software – implemented Shadownet for the courts – so they can randomly have such specified – out of millions of people that were in the [jury] pool, they were all intelligence contractors and Never-Trumpers. Come on!
MILLIE WEAVER: So, why wouldn’t they just focus their efforts on running IIA operations to get Hillary in office?
TORE: Oh, they did! Are you kidding? They deployed everything, from censoring, shadow-banning, to dismissals to full-blown Mockingbirds. I mean, that’s where we saw the real face of the press. That is exactly where we saw it.

PATRICK BERGY: There is a definitely some context that needs to be understood in the relationship between General Jones, Obama and Hillary Clinton.
General Jones was originally offered by Obama the position of Secretary of State. He accepted. He talked to his family, he accepted. And then two days later, without even telling him, which was kind of a jerk move to do, Obama turned around and tapped Hillary Clinton.
And I know that Jones – Jim Jones told me that his dad was really offended by that. And then, he was offered and accepted the role the position of National Security Advisor but actually, considered turning it down, because he was so offended by and was so upset by what had happened.

MILLIE WEAVER: Trump got in the way of the Big Game, a contest between contractors and subcontractors over who gets first dibs on defense, security and tech contracts.

[RED STATE RADIO TORE SAYS SHOW] TORE: Mueller, since I think it was August of 2016 was well aware that I had in my possessions portions of the DNC mirrored server in February and March, did you know that?
ROGER STONE: No, I did not.
TORE: And when my private life was collapsing, the same exact day – not without a minute of separation – I was served by Barack Hussein Obama’s attorney, three years later to come and talk about it. Did you know that?
ROGER STONE: I did not know that, either.
TORE: They went as hard as they could. Stone, the same thing. They went with nothing, look, Mueller called him in for these emails and talking about WikiLeaks – when I had actual portions of the DNC server, like even Mueller knew I had it.
PATRICK BERGY: Why did Mueller never call me back? When I went to him and told him about all this information and spoke to him for 15 minutes? Every one of these people are so corrupt. It’s not even funny.
TORE: The Swamp already knew, in August of 2016 that the information was compromised by people and they knew what type of people had accessed that information but they didn’t know who.
PATRICK BERGY: Some people will say, “Well, maybe they’re investigating.” Well, how can you investigate it, if you don’t ever call me back? And you don’t ever
really – because, there’s a lot of things that I need to be able to explain to them that I can’t say, outside of a classified environment.
So if they are investigating it, they certainly aren’t doing it with all the information.
TORE: Stop, stop, stop. We all know it was a fix!
MILLIE WEAVER: Did the DOJ outsource the Mueller Investigation to CGI?
TORE: Well, yes they did. So, I’ll tell you what happened. I actually, for my listeners on air, I interviewed former Acting Attorney General Whitaker.

[RED STATE RADIO TORE SAYS SHOW] TORE: I want to ask you something. You were Chief of Staff for Jeff Sessions, so there’s obviously contracts that are signed, like you know how you hire vendors?
I wanted to know why, during the Mueller probe, we spent over $40 million in waste management to a Canadian company that works with Canadian intelligence? Sounds like paper shredding.
FORMER ACTING AG MATTHEW WHITAKER: Yeah, this is the thing, we need watchdogs and something I did before I came to Washington, DC was run a watchdog group that asked these types of questions and to make sure that that there’s not waste, fraud, abuse.
TORE: So, why is our Department of Justice outsourcing to Canadian intelligence companies access to the Mueller Investigation?
MILLIE WEAVER: That definitely seems improper. Now, this Canadian company, how much were they paying? And were they paying them with tax dollars?
TORE: We have to ask ourselves why would we use federal tax dollars and upwards of $40 million to have them do paper shredding for Mueller and administrative tasks and emptying garbage cans? That sounds like a leaking opportunity! That sounds like, why are we getting foreign nationals involved in an investigation, that we’re supposedly investigating the President – the sitting President of the United States?
MILLIE WEAVER: From CGI’s involvement in the passport fiasco in 2008 to CGI involved in the Mueller Investigation we see how contractors have the ability to both perform and clean up their own dirty work.
TORE: I think it’s about time people understand what happened and I made it no secret that I know what happened.
So, Seth Rich worked for the DNC. He was asked, just like I, he was asked, “Hey, why don’t you go image the DNC server, right there, since you’re there for us, so we can keep it safe.” And he did so.
And he uploaded it where he was told. So, he uploaded it where he was supposed to. And there were a lot of “mes” that saw it, “mes” meaning a group of friends that I have, where we sit and talk String Theory and Predictive Analytics on the Undernet.
So, we find this and it’s like, “Whoa! Treasure trove!” Copied. And we fractioned it, so that way we can download it, because it was so massive. And that’s what happened.
So I’ll tell you what happened to Seth Rich. So, he did his job, as he was asked at the same time the RNC was also hacked. Again, Brennan’s MO. “Let’s hack!” And the hack was done on purpose, so you can delete information, insert information and of course, with them putting Cambridge Analytica and sending them over to President Trump – which was a trap, okay – that was a trap um you clearly can see.
They hacked the RNC – you mean, you had someone within the GOP do it for you, because no one died there. And yes, some of those emails escaped, because that is what was considered “mitigation”. You have to give them something really bad.
And so, when he saw that they had retroactively changed things; the stories and the rumors going in, seeing the Bernie Sanders elections were being stolen, the DNC was all about Hillary, not about real elections, that it was all rigged, he came in contact with a guy named Sean Lucas.

[OAN BROADCAST] SEAN LUCAS: We did make contact with somebody from the democratic national committee’s office and they’ve been served. Democracy has prevailed today.
TORE: So, they decided, oh yeah, maybe we can get it out to someone else. And it was not to Julian Assange, direct. And both of those guys are dead.

[OAN BROADCAST]: But in a bizarre twist of events on August 2nd less than one month after serving the subpoena, Lucas was reported dead.
TORE: Hillary’s emails were still being examined. They had to get rid of the evidence. And the only way that they can access the whole DNC server is if there was a breach and that’s how you can go in and change things.
This is why the FBI never asked for the server. That’s the real story. So, as Seth Rich thought, that what he was doing was correct, later on, he realized it was not. That’s why there was such a big gap. They didn’t need to find him, they needed to find out who had it and they already knew that I, myself had portions of the DNC server and others, in March and February.
Obama’s lawyer, for Seth Rich, three years later says, “You need to come and tell us about Seth Rich.”
I was like, “I don’t need to do anything. I don’t know who you’re trying to -”
“You’re being subpoenaed!”
“I can’t bring you anything because you’re three years too late.”
And for the record, usually, they’re going to be three minutes too late. You know, Hillary doesn’t have a patent on hammers or city dumps or Bleach Bit or, or, or…
MILLIE WEAVER: Didn’t CrowdStrike initially investigate the DNC server, creating the whole “Russia hacked the election” scenario?

DMITRI ALPEROVITCH: There were two groups; two independently-working groups that we associate with Russian intelligence agencies. One of them was associated with GRU, the primary military intelligence agency in Russia.
PATRICK BERGY: CrowdStrike, owned by that Alperovitch guy, who is a Senior Advisor on the Atlantic Council!
When President Trump called up the Ukrainian President, what did he ask him for? The CrowdStrike servers, right? Again, all immediate, direct colleagues, like the brown bag lunch at this big star chamber that you can imagine existing there!

The only other person that directly connected to both of them is President Trump – and he’s on the receiving end of it!
But yet you never hear this man’s name.
TORE: General Jones. That’s the guy that heads up ClearForce. That’s the guy that took Shadownet and made it what it is. That’s the guy that resold, reinvented Shadownet, to create the MagicWheel at the DC courts, to make sure that they get the most compromised juries put together for anyone that they didn’t want.
PATRICK BERGY: When General Jones was tapped as the Chairman of the Board of the Atlantic Council to replace Jon Huntsman, one of the first orders of business that he did with the Atlantic Council was to create a partnership with Facebook.
That happened a month after Mark Zuckerberg sat in front of Congress. [VIDEO]

PATRICK BERGY: So, a month after they do that, Facebook partners with General Jones at the Atlantic Council to “restore election integrity worldwide”, right? So,
the best out of 7 billion people on the planet, Mark Zuckerberg picks the owner of the Shadownet.

[CBS THIS MORNING BROADCAST]: Facebook has taken action against what it calls “harmful misinformation” from President Trump. The company deleted a post by the President that included a false statement.
PATRICK BERGY: To “restore election integrity worldwide”. We all know that he was connected – directly-connected – to Cambridge Analytica, through PSYGroup and WikiStrat. So, essentially, what they did was they partnered with Cambridge Analytica, again.
MILLIE WEAVER: This also explains why Facebook went to Atlantic Council, aka Jones to fix the Cambridge Analytica problem. They needed to cover their IIA tracks.
What you’ve seen, with the recent riots surrounding George Floyd’s death, from your perspective, does that look like an IIA operation?
PATRICK BERGY: Absolutely. Nothing feels natural about what’s going on. More stuff is fake and fabricated, right now in the news than what’s actually real. When I say fake or fabricated, I mean like you have the truth and it’s being represented to you with a very specific slant. It’s so far beyond Russia spending some money on some Facebook ads, right? If you believe that, then they’ve already won.
TORE: So, that’s how it works.
MILLIE WEAVER: It’s like the movie, ‘Wag the Dog’, quite literally.
TORE: Well, you know, movies tell a lot of stories and it’s almost as if they’re making fun of us.
MILLIE WEAVER: They made fun of Alex Jones when he used to point out all these False Flags. I mean, I guess that’s just a term he was using, but if you actually look, what he was pointing out in a lot of instances was IIA operations.

TORE: Well, but he didn’t know the term IIA, so it would be easier for people to understand someone’s “hacking your reality”, because now, in this day and age of computing, that makes more sense to people. They understand it more. “Oh, ‘hack my reality’! You mean, change the way I see things?”
And that is exactly what an IIA is. It’s just that it’s software churning out, “Oh, you need to do this, to get this outcome,” Kind of like using that Shadownet in the DC courts and saying, “Oh, Prosecutor, you want him to go to jail and you want a guilty verdict? Well, we’re going to have to pool it out. And then, when a pool of jury people come, all of them are potential to give you a guilty verdict.
So then, you pick from all the people that will give you a guilty verdict, so there’s no chance that you’ll win – and even Matt Whitaker said that on my on my show. He said the judges are corrupt.
MILLIE WEAVER: That’s a major problem for the justice system, if people are able to use that technology in jury selection to be able to predict who’s gonna you know throw their vote a certain way
TORE: Is anyone stopping them?
MILLIE WEAVER: That’s a major problem right there.
TORE: It is and roger stone with this commutation will solve it because this is where it all comes to the surface.

ROGER STONE: Well obviously, I don’t know. I do know that, based on the statistics on the District of Columbia, that is that the statistical improbability of my jury having a single Republican should be impossible. The statistical impossibility of my jury having a single military veteran should be impossible. The statistical possibility of my jury having no jurors with less than a college education is impossible. But that was the case.
TORE: Well, what if I told you, Roger that your jury was actually selected. The jury pooled the grander jury pool right before the voidier, they say where you select and approve and deny – the majority of it was actually plugged into a program – but see this program wanted to select a jury pool that would get you a guilty verdict, no matter what.
Hence the odds, like you say are so far-fetched. So the question is, who was the company who was the vendor that was used to select your greater pool for the jury? And if your lawyer was to able to able to find that or ask that question, I would not be surprised if you see the name General Hayden pop up.
ROGER STONE: I do think it might strengthen the possibility of my appeal it, should that become necessary. I will never plead guilty to something I didn’t do. It’s a matter that does require some research and I appreciate you bringing it up.
MILLIE WEAVER: It’s amazing. It’s like ‘Minority Report’ in real time, today.
PATRICK BERGY: ClearForce is what they built. It’s the next iteration of the Shadownet. They took the cycle, they took the profile, personas and profile capabilities, they added real-time criminal background, travel, financial, medical, added all these things in, to create predictive behavioral profiles that determine whether or not you’re likely to steal or leak.
ClearForce actually sells this to HR, right? So, you could actually go into a job, apply for it, not get the job, because an application with an algorithm designed by Obama’s National Security Advisor and/or Obama’s CIA Director determined that you were predictively likely to steal or leak, in some ‘Minority Report’-like fashion – and you may never, ever steal or leak but you might lose a job, because something read all your posts and looked at your information and determined it.
KORE: Think about it. If people knew just how bad it is. Think about how many things he’s changing and how much money they’re taking. I mean, think of all the money they’re going to lose in contracting. He’s stopped the clearances.
Remember, “once you’re out now we pull your clearance”? He did that. Remember? So now, all the future generals or all the future intelligence community persons don’t get to use their clearance. If you’re out, it’s finished.
PATRICK BERGY: You guys were paying me, as taxpayers were paying me, as the Information Assurance Security Officer, to protect our National Security. So y’all should want to get to the bottom of this as much as anybody, as much as I do.
But it’s very personal to me, I won’t deny that.
TORE: When you have your [Joint Chiefs of Staff – General Dunford?] trying to usurp your president by penning in an anonymous letter to the New York Times, that’s a big problem.
MILLIE WEAVER: This is the biggest and boldest move towards the ultimate surveillance state ever made and it’s near completion.
Micromanaging this technology on a global scale would require integrating it with Artificial Intelligence. Imagine Artificial Intelligence autonomously operating the Shadownet and ClearForce.
Interpol’s 2019 publication, ‘Artificial Intelligence and Robotics for Law Enforcement’ reveals we are already there:

Several features of the Interpol program indicate that they are using an iteration of Shadownet and ClearForce technology. This March 2017 United States Patent issued to Jim Jones III and ClearForce spells it out:
“Systems and methods for electronically monitoring humans to determine potential risk.” Several diagrams in this patent look identical to the dashboard layout of the Shadownet the patent mentions integration with US and international databases, local law enforcement and individual state databases, all
fed into international justice and public safety networks. Full integration of all data including the Internet of Things is the objective.
A March 2020 Atlantic Council policy primer, ‘AI, Society and Governance’ references the 2019 Interpol publication, stating “The United Nations Inter- Regional Crime and Justice Research Institute and the International Criminal Police Organization are leading the conversation on autonomous patrol robots, tracking and tracing systems, forecasting tools predictive policing and more.”
The next iteration of the Shadownet and ClearForce is ready to go. Integration with AI robots and the replacement of traditional law enforcement is just around the corner. Given that Leftist organizations managed by Momentum, which is behind the “Defund the Police” movement and given that Momentum has been connected to IIA operations, the case can be made that Jones & CO. are running the “Defund the Police” influence operation, simply because they are in a position to benefit, by offering an alternative solution that is already in line with the Green New Deal agenda.
We’ve already seen some of this rolled out, with the technocratic response to COVID19, with autonomous drones, contact tracing apps, nanotech vaccines and predictive modeling for social distancing and economic shutdowns.
Furthermore, this technology is behind the push for police abolition, defunding law enforcement and replacing it with “Smart Justice”, given we have seen IIA Shadownet technology, implemented by the Socialist Democrats and THE Sunrise Movement, who are using it to push for police abolition, this political movement is deeply connected to the UN who has partnered with Interpol to corral us into the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics for Law Enforcement direction.

New documents obtained by Axios and Public Citizen suggest that the National Institute of Health (NIH) owns half the key patent for Moderna’s controversial COVID vaccine and could collect half the royalties. In addition, four NIH scientists have filed their own provisional patent application as co-inventors. Little known NIH regulations let agency scientists collect up to $150,000.00 annually in royalties from vaccines upon which they worked. These rules are recipes for regulatory corruption.
Why did politicians ever lockdown society in the first place? On June 30th, speaking to the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, Senator Rand Paul presented data from 22 European countries showing that COVID-19 cases remained stable and low after children returned to school. He exhibited data showing that “young children rarely spread the virus [coronavirus],” and included reports from several large nations that “failed to find a single case of child to adult infection.” He called on government planners to stop making forecasts based on speculation and to stop instilling “undue fear” in the public.
“When are we going to tell the people the truth?” Senator Paul asked Dr. Fauci.
The requirement goes into effect Wednesday and follows national guidelines, according to the state Department of Health.
Additionally, all seventh-grade students must show they had the following: Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis), HPV (human papillomavirus vaccine) and MCV (meningococcal conjugate vaccine)
Important revelations shared by Dr Stoian Alexov, President of the Bulgarian Pathology Association
A high-profile European pathologist is reporting that he and his colleagues across Europe have not found any evidence of any deaths from the novel coronavirus on that continent.
Dr. Stoian Alexovcalled the World Health Organization (WHO) a “criminal medical organization” for creating worldwide fear and chaos without providing objectively verifiable proof of a pandemic.
Another stunning revelation from Bulgarian Pathology Association (BPA) president Dr. Alexov is thathe believes it’s currently “impossible” to create a vaccine against the virus.
He also revealed that European pathologistshaven’t identified any antibodies that are specific for SARS-CoV-2.
These stunning statements raise major questions, including about officials’ and scientists’ claims regarding the many vaccines they’re rushing into clinical trials around the world.
They also raise doubt about the veracity of claims of discovery of anti-novel-coronavirus antibodies (which arebeginning to be usedtotreat patients).
Novel-coronavirus-specific antibodies are supposedly the basis for the expensiveserologytest kitsbeing used in many countries (some of which have been found to beunacceptably inaccurate).
The May 13 video interview of Dr. Alexov was conducted byDr. Stoycho Katsarov, chair of the Center for Protection of Citizens’ Rights in Sofia and a former Bulgarian deputy minister of health. The video is on theBPA’s website, which also highlights some of Dr. Alexov’s main points.
We asked a native Bulgarian speaker with a science background to orally translate the video interview into English. We then transcribed her translation. The video ishereand our English transcript ishere.
Among the major bombshells Dr. Alexov dropped is that the leaders of the May 8 ESP webinar saidno novel-coronavirus-specific antibodies have been found.
The bodyforms antibodies specific to pathogens it encounters. These specific antibodies are known as monoclonal antibodies and are a key tool in pathology. This is done viaimmunohistochemistry, which involves tagging antibodies with colours and then coating the biopsy- or autopsy-tissue slides with them. After giving the antibodies time to bind to the pathogens they’re specific for, the pathologists can look at the slides under a microscope and see the specific places where the coloured antibodies — and therefore the pathogens they’re bound to – are located.
Therefore, in the absence of monoclonal antibodies to the novel coronavirus, pathologists cannot verify whether SARS-CoV-2 is present in the body, or whether the diseases and deaths attributed to it indeed were caused by the virus rather than by something else.
It would be easy to dismiss Dr. Alexov as just another crank ‘conspiracy theorist.’ After all many people believe they’re everywhere these days,spreading dangerous misinformationabout COVID-19and other issues.
In addition, little of what Dr. Alexov alleges was the consensus from the May 8 webinar is in thepublicly viewableparts of the proceedings.
But keep in mind that whistleblowers often stand alone because the vast majority of people are afraid to speak out publicly.
Also, Dr. Alexov has an unimpugnable record and reputation. He’s been a physician for 30 years. He’spresident of the BPA, a member of theESP’s Advisory Boardand head of the histopathology department at the Oncology Hospital in the Bulgarian capital of Sofia.
On top of that, there’s other support for what Dr. Alexov is saying.
For example, the director of the Institute of Forensic Medicine at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf in Germany said inmedia interviewsthat there’s a striking dearth of solid evidence for COVID-19’s lethality.
“COVID-19 is a fatal disease only in exceptional cases, but in most cases it is a predominantly harmless viral infection,”Dr. Klaus Püschel told aGerman paper in April. Adding inanother interview:
In quite a few cases, we have also found that the current corona infection has nothing whatsoever to do with the fatal outcome because other causes of death are present, for example, a brain hemorrhage or a heart attack […] [COVID-19 is] not particularly dangerous viral disease […] All speculation about individual deaths that have not been expertly examined only fuel anxiety.”
Also, one of us (Rosemary) and another journalist, Amory Devereux, documented in aJune 9 Off-Guardian articlethat the novel coronavirus has not fulfilled Koch’s postulates.
These postulates are scientific steps used to prove whether a virus exists and has a one-to-one relationship with a specific disease. We showed that to date no one has proven SARS-CoV-2 causes a discrete illness matching the characteristics of all the people who ostensibly died from COVID-19. Nor has the virus has been isolated, reproduced and then shown to cause this discrete illness.
In addition, in aJune 27 Off-Guardian articletwo more journalists, Torsten Engelbrecht and Konstantin Demeter, added to the evidence that“the existence of SARS-CoV-2 RNA is based on faith, not fact.”
The pair also confirmed“there is no scientific proof that those RNA sequences [deemed to match that of the novel coronavirus] are the causative agent of what is called COVID-19.”
Dr. Alexov stated in the May 13 interview that:
the main conclusion [of those of us who participated in the May 8 webinar] was that the autopsies that were conducted in Germany, Italy, Spain, France and Sweden do not show that the virus is deadly.”
He added that:
What all of the pathologists said is that there’s no one who has died from the coronavirus. I will repeat that: no one has died from the coronavirus.”
Dr. Alexov also observed there is no proof from autopsies that anyone deemed to have been infected with the novel coronavirus died only from an inflammatory reaction sparked by the virus (presenting as interstitial pneumonia) rather than from other potentially fatal diseases.
Another revelation of his is that:
“We need to see exactly how the law will deal with immunization and that vaccine that we’re all talking about, because I’m certain it’s [currently] not possible to create a vaccine against COVID. I’m not sure what exactly Bill Gates is doing with his laboratories – is it really a vaccine he’s producing, or something else?”
As pointed to above, the inability to identify monoclonal antibodies for the virus suggests there is no basis for the vaccines, serological testing and immunity certificates being rolled out around the globe at unprecedented speed and cost. In fact, there is no solid evidence the virus exists.
Dr. Alexov made still more important points. For example, he noted that, in contrast to the seasonal influenza, SARS-CoV-2 hasn’t been proven to kill youth:
[With the flu] we can find one virus which can cause a young person to die with no other illness present […] In other words, the coronavirus infection is an infection that does not lead to death. And the flu can lead to death.”
(There have been reports of severe maladies such as Kawasaki-like disease andstrokein young people who were deemed to have a novel-coronavirus infection. However, the majority of published papers on these cases are very short and include onlyoneor only a small handful of patients. Moreover, commenters on the papers note it’s impossible to determine the role of the virus because the papers’ authors did not control sufficiently, if at all, for confounding factors. It’s most likely that children’s deaths attributed to COVID-19 in fact are from multiple organ failure resulting from the combination of the drug cocktail and ventilation that these children are subjected to.)
Dr. Alexov therefore asserted that:
the WHO is creating worldwide chaos, with no real facts behind what they’re saying.”
Among the myriad ways the WHO is creating that chaos is by prohibiting almost all autopsies of people deemed to have died from COVID-19. As a result, reported Dr. Alexov, by May 13 only three such autopsies had been conducted in Bulgaria.
“That’s quite stressful for us, and for me in particular, because we have protocols and procedures which we need to use,”he told Dr. Katsarov.“…And another pathologist 100 years from now is going to say, ‘Hey, those pathologists didn’t know what they were doing [when they said the cause of death was COVID-19]!’ So we need to be really strict with our diagnoses, because they could be proven [or disproven], and they could be checked again later.”
He disclosed that pathologists in several countries in Europe, as well as in China, Australia and Canada are strongly resisting the pressure on them to attribute deaths to COVID-19 alone:
I’m really sad that we need to follow the [WHO’s] instructions without even thinking about them. But in Germany, France, Italy and England they’re starting to think that we shouldn’t follow the WHO so strictly, and [instead] when we’re writing the cause of death we should have some pathology [results to back that up] and we should follow the protocol. [That’s because] when we say something we need to be able to prove it.”
(He added that autopsies could have helped confirm or disprove the theory that many of the people deemed to have died of COVID-19 in Italy had previously received the H1N1 flu vaccine. Because, as he noted, the vaccine suppresses adults’ immune systems and therefore may have been a significant contributor to their deaths by making them much more susceptible to infection.)
Drs. Alexov and Katsarov agreed that yet another aspect of the WHO-caused chaos and its fatal consequences is many people are likely to die soon from diseases such as cancer because the lockdowns, combined with the emptying of hospitals (ostensibly to make room for COVID-19 patients), halted all but the most pressing procedures and treatments.
They also observed these diseases are being exacerbated by the fear and chaos surrounding COVID-19.
We know that stress significantly suppresses the immune system, so I can really claim 200% that all the chronic diseases will be more severe and more acute per se. Specifically in situ carcinoma – over 50% of these are going to become more invasive […] So I will say that this epidemic isn’t so much an epidemic of the virus, it’s an epidemic of giving people a lot of fear and stress.”
In addition, posited Dr. Alexov, as another direct and dire result of the pandemic panic many people are losing faith in physicians.
Because in my opinion the coronavirus isn’t that dangerous, and how are people going to have trust in me doing cancer pathology, much of which is related to viruses as well? But nobody is talking about that.”
We emailed Dr. Alexov several questions, including asking why he believes it’s impossible to create a vaccine against COVID-19.
He didn’t answer the questions directly. Dr. Alexov instead responded:
We also emailed five of Dr. Alexov’s colleagues in the European Pathology Society asking them to confirm Dr. Alexov’s revelations. We followed up by telephone with two of them. None responded.
Why didn’t Dr. Alexov or his five colleagues answer our questions?
We doubt it’s due to lack of English proficiency.
It’s more likely because of the pressure on pathologists to follow the WHO’s directives and not speak out publicly. (And, on top of that, pathology departments depend on governments for their funding.)
Nonetheless, pathologists like Drs. Alexov and Püschel appear to be willing to step out and say that no one has died from a novel-coronavirus infection.
Perhaps that’s because pathologists’ records and reputations are based on hard physical evidence rather than on subjective interpretation of tests, signs and symptoms. And there is no hard physical evidence that COVID-19 is deadly.

For months, the Washington Post and the rest of the mainstream media kept a morbid Covid-19 “death count” on their front pages and at the top of their news broadcasts. The coronavirus outbreak was all about the number of dead. The narrative was intended to boost governors like Cuomo in New York and Whitmer in Michigan, who turned their states authoritarian under the false notion that destroying people’s jobs, freedom, and lives would somehow keep a virus from doing what viruses always do: spread through a population until eventually losing strength and dying out.
The “death count” was always the headline.
But then all of a sudden early in June the mainstream media did a George Orwell and lectured us that it is all about “cases” and has always been all about “cases.” Death, and especially infection fatality rate, were irrelevant. Why? Because from the peak in April, deaths had decreased by 90 percent and were continuing to crash. That was not terrifying enough so the media pretended this good news did not exist.
With massive increases in testing, the “case” numbers climbed. This is not rocket science: the more people you test the more “cases” you discover.
Unfortunately our mainstream media is only interested in pushing the “party line.” So the good news that millions more have been exposed while the fatality rate continues to decline – meaning the virus is getting weaker – is buried under hysterical false reporting of “new cases.”
Unfortunately many governors, including our own here in Texas, are incapable of resisting the endless lies of the mainstream media. They are putting Americans again through the nightmare of forced business closures, mandated face masks, and restrictions of Constitutional liberties based on false propaganda.
In Texas the “second wave” propaganda has gotten so bad that the leaders of the four major hospitals in Houston took the extraordinary step late last week of holding a joint press conference to clarify that the scare stories of Houston hospitals being overwhelmed with Covid cases are simply untrue. Dr. Marc Boom of Houston Methodist said the reporting on hospital capacity is misleading. He said, “quite frankly, we’re concerned that there is a level of alarm in the community that is unwarranted right now.”
In fact, there has been much reporting that the “spike” in Texas cases is not due to a resurgence of the virus but to hospital practices of Covid-testing every patient coming in for any procedure at all. If it’s a positive, well that counts as a “Covid hospitalization.” Why would hospitals be so dishonest in their diagnoses? Billions of appropriated Federal dollars are being funneled to facilities based on the number of “Covid cases” they can produce. As I’ve always said, if you subsidize something you get more of it. And that’s why we are getting more Covid cases.
Let’s go back to the original measurements used to scare Americans into giving up their Constitutional liberties: the daily death numbers. Even though we know hospitals have falsely attributed countless deaths to “Covid-19” that were deaths WITH instead of FROM the virus, we are seeing actual deaths steadily declining over the past month and a half. Declining deaths are not a great way to push the “second wave” propaganda, so the media and politicians have moved the goal posts and decided that only “cases” are important. It’s another big lie.
Resist propaganda and defend your liberty. That is the only way we’ll get through this.

“Hey, guys. Attorney Leigh Dundas here. I wanted to talk to you a little bit today, along with the educators and school districts and parents, about children and their risk of death from Covid and the changes that schools are starting to contemplate making in the fall of 2020. First of all, your child’s risk of dying from Covid is really, really low. The fatality rate in the US for children is so low that kids are actually at a higher risk of death from travelling to school than from catching Covid at school and dying. In fact, the risk is so low that my calculator cannot do the math. There are so many zeros behind the decimal point. And recently a Bloomberg article quoted the CDC [Centers for Disease Control] as stating that (and i quote): “The Covid-19 fatality rate in the US for anyone younger than 19 is so low, it is calculated as 0.0%.’
So according to the CDC, your child’s risk of dying from Covid is zero. This is what we also know: your child is not going to catch Covid at school and become the dreaded silent but deadly transmitter of the disease who brings it home to grandma and kills grandma. Right now, your child (and this is another direct quote): ‘No child is known to have passed Covid-19 to adults, a global study finds.’ The World Health Organization actually performed a contact tracing and found exactly zero children had passed the disease onward.
This is pretty much the same for adults, by the way. In case you didn’t catch it, at the end of May a study came out that showed an adult who was Covid-positive but had no symptoms was exposed to almost 500 other people. Zero of them caught the disease. And then this last Monday, the World Health Organization came out and said (and this is another quote): ‘they are following contacts and they are not finding secondary transmission onward.’ So secondary transmission from a Covid-positive patient who doesn’t know he or she has it is pretty much non-existent. So what we know at this point in time is your kid’s not going to die from Covid. They’re also not going to catch Covid and bring it home to grandma and kill old grandma, and accordingly, there’s really no reason to make any sort of changes to school protocols, particularly those involving social distancing.
“But I actually want to talk a little bit about social distancing right now because social distancing is actually a technique that might be causing more harm to our children than that which it seeks to avoid. Social distancing is a euphemism for social isolation. It was a technique that was developed about 70 years ago by the CIA and they found it was really good at breaking down enemies of state.
“It creates depression, poor sleep quality, impaired executive function, accelerated cognitive decline, poor cardiovascular function and impaired immunity. All of those are things, I think we can agree, we don’t want anybody to experience, not least our own children. It doubles your risk of death if you’re black. It almost doubles your risk of death if you’re white. And the harm that you get from enacting social distancing and social isolation on somebody is the same as if they were very, very obese. Moreover, it destroys the part of the brain that is actually responsible for learning in our children and ourselves, which is known as the ventral striatum. Medically speaking, more recent studies have shown is that it is the equivalent of smoking 15 cigarettes a day and being an alcoholic. So put simply, we’d be better off lobotomizing our children, handing them a pack of cigarettes and a fifth of whisky and then sending them into home-room than we will be by socially distancing them this fall.
“I want to actually go back now to the sordid beginnings and how this social distancing technique was developed by the CIA. In 1951, the CIA held a secret meeting at the Ritz Carlton in Canada and it was a meeting with doctors present who had ties – and I quote – ‘to the US, UK and Canadian military forces’. The work at that meeting and subsequent meetings led the CIA to realise that social distancing and isolation techniques were (I quote) ‘the ideal way of breaking down a prisoner’. And another quote: ‘as effective at destroying the brain function of the prisoner as if the prisoner were beaten, starved or deprived of sleep.’
“Senator John McCain, who spent over five years as a prisoner-of-war in Vietnam and had all of his arm and leg bones broken multiple times, and who was also, by turns, subjected to multiple rounds of social distancing from his fellow POWs, had this to say about social distancing and physical torture. This is what he said about social distancing: ‘It’s an awful thing. It crushes your spirit more effectively than any other form of mistreatment. 150 naval aviators who were also held as POWs in Vietnam came home from the war and echoed what John McCain had said. They said, and I quote, ‘It was as torturous and agonising as any physical abuse they suffered – to be separated from their fellow American GIs [Origin: 1930s (originally denoting equipment
supplied to US forces): abbreviation of government (or general) issue.] The UN Mandela rules actually now prohibit the use of more than 15 days or two weeks of social distancing and isolation classifying it as cruel and inhumane treatment and basically a war crime.
“So now that we know that there is zero reason to make any changes to our schoolchildren since they’re not at risk at all. There’s zero risk of them dying from the disease and they’re not going to bring the disease home to grandma, and we know that social distancing is a wartime technique that the CIA uses to break down enemies of state, I want to look briefly at where this six-foot rule came from, because it seems – sort of – magical in the time of Covid. So it turns out that the six-foot rule came from England where a leading researcher recently came out in the press and admitted that (quote): “Officials had told him they did not think the British people would understand what one metre or three feet was’ and ‘we could not trust the British people to observe it, so we doubled it to be on the safe side’. He went on to state (and I quote again): ‘The two-metre rule was conjured up out of nowhere’ and he concluded by referring to it as a (quote) ‘rule of thumb’ rather than a scientifically proven measure. Casting even more doubt on the lack of science underlying the six-foot rule is a recent study in which researchers found (and again I quote), ‘that preventive social distancing can increase the final epidemic size at the population level and thus have negative effects for the community at large’. You heard me right: preventive social distancing can make the epidemic worse and increase the size of it.
“But here’s the real problem, folks, in terms of the educational issue here. If we do a six-foot rule of distance for our schoolchildren, at least in California, versus three feet or something less than that, we simply cannot fit all of the California schoolkids into their classrooms at the same time and maintain that six feet of distance. So what the educational system in our state is going to have to do is, they’re going to have to toggle it, one day of school, one day at home, or three and a half hours each day at school, three and a half hours at home and do some sort of a hybrid, remote-learning model. And here is the problem with that. Each summer kids lose one month of the education they gained during that year. It is known the world over by educators everywhere as ‘the summer backslide’. But for lower socio-economic children and children of color, that effect can be magnified, so by fifth-grade, by about age 10 or 11, those children – the poor children, the lower socio-economic children, children of color, can be two to three years behind their age peers due to this effect. Right now, California has almost 10 million children in the state. Only one quarter of them are Caucasian. About 70% are children of color and minorities, and almost half of the kids in our state, 43%, are poor or (quote) ‘very, very poor’.
“So this is what we know: remote learning doesn’t work well for anybody, but it really, really works badly for these kids, who often only have one parent in the household and that parent is not in the house during the daytime because they’re outside the house earning the bread and bringing home the bacon. They don’t have enough computers. They don’t have enough Internet connections. They don’t have enough laptops. They often have multiple siblings in different schools. And for those children, remote learning doesn’t work. So basically for the 40-75% of California’s youth who are either minority or very poor, a hybrid model is going to be catastrophic.
“The California constitution guarantees children in our state a right to education, not just 26% of children in our state who aren’t poor and who are Caucasian, but every child in the state has a right to a good education.
“Go tell the California state department of education and Tony Thurmond, our state Superintendent of Schools: ‘No social distancing!’ ‘No six-foot bubble of space around schoolchildren and no remote learning!’ It unfairly disadvantages minority children and those in lower socio-economic brackets and it will put them so far behind their classmates, they will never make up that gap or recover. Social distancing is a CIA protocol used to break down enemies of state. It has zero place in the classroom or being used against our children.”
Gates has used his staggering wealth to buy control, and he’s done it under the cloak of “charity.” A significant piece of that control is the control over population growth. Gates’ family also has a long history of supporting eugenics
According to Gates, the global population could be lowered by 10% to 15% if we “do a really great job on new vaccines, health care [and] reproductive health services.” His theory is that as health improves, families opt to have fewer children
In 2017, Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance — founded by the Gates Foundation in partnership with the WHO, the World Bank and vaccine manufacturers — decided to provide every child with a digital biometric identity to ensure 100% vaccine coverage
Gates has also invested in the development and implementation of biometric identification programs tied in with digital currencies

The 5G rollout section reprises some key information for newcomers to the dangers of 5G and the asphyxiation dangers of 60 GHz, and shows that, as an unlicensed (free) frequency, it is set to become the new standard. It also explains why 2.4 GHz became the earlier standard. Information also on the dangers of satellite dishes, the US national security implications of 5G technologies, Google cancelling the Toronto “smart” city project, and horrible EMF exposure levels in Calgary, Canada.

The Dissent section (p. 98) contains only two items: one criticising the legal aspects of lockdowns and martial law and the other a protest from three airlines to the UK government on the ‘wholly unjustified’ UK quarantine plan.
5G / Coronavirus health aspects covers tree health; the unreliability of Covid death statistics; mysteriously missing pneumonia deaths; the depredations of the 5G satellites; strange shenanigans (again) at WHO, which declared that asymptomatic carriers could not spread the virus and then rapidly retracted that information because it completely explodes the grounds for mandatory vaccines; how viral infections are aggravated by electromagnetic fields; how the plandemic relates to 5G (torsion fields); a European Parliament briefing that acknowledges that 5G “seems to have” [sic] biological effects (another case of shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted!); a BBC interview with Mark Steele; the ethics of telling people they can shield themselves against a planet “blanketed” with 5G; and the dangers of electromagnetic radiation for anyone with implants (a class action lawsuit would be in order on these grounds alone!).
The Hoax section explodes the fake news on 5G and “coronavirus: the absurdity of forcing people to wear masks, the suppressed report written by a German government official revealing the plandemic, aridiculous predictive programming story from India about monkeys and plagues of locusts, and how you clap the carers as heroes and then fire them. Last but not least, supposedly prestigious medical journals The Lancet and the New England Journal of Medicine turn out to be just more parts of the presstitute media for trashing hydroxychlorine with fabricated data organized by a science fiction writer and adult content model.

The study reveals how a cell phone can emit signals to activate a low voltage current that interacts with Graphene Oxide (GO) molecules, causing efficient delivery of drug payloads:

5G cell tower signals create micro currents inside the body
We already know that 5G signals can generate electrical currents inside the human body, even from a significant distance. An important article authored by Dr. Joseph Mercola and published in Children’s Health Defense reveals that 5G cell signal radiation results in measurable biological and chemical changes inside the human body. From his article:
5G relies primarily on the bandwidth of the millimeter wave, known to cause a painful burning sensation. It’s also been linked to eye and heart problems, suppressed immune function, genetic damage and fertility problems.
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) admits no 5G safety studies have been conducted or funded by the agency or telecom industry, and that none are planned.
The FCC has been captured by the telecom industry, which in turn has perfected the disinformation strategies employed by the tobacco industry before it.
Persistent exposures to microwave frequencies like those from cellphones can cause mitochondrial dysfunction and nuclear DNA damage from free radicals produced from peroxynitrite.
Excessive exposures to cellphones and Wi-Fi networks have been linked to chronic diseases such as cardiac arrhythmias, anxiety, depression, autism, Alzheimer’s and infertility.

Radiofrequency microwave radiation causes voltage changes inside the body’s cells, altering calcium channels
Additionally, compelling research led by Martin Pall, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus of biochemistry and basic medical sciences at Washington State University, reveals that microwave radiation from mobile devices and wireless routers causes voltage changes inside the body’s cells, activating what are called “Voltage-Gated Calcium Channels” (VGCCs), which are located in the outer membrane of your cells. It is this membrane that determines what passes into and out of the cell.
Twenty-three studies have shown that voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs) produce these and other EMF effects… Furthermore, the voltage-gated properties of these channels may provide biophysically plausible mechanisms for EMF biological effects.

According to Pall’s research radiofrequency microwave radiation such as that from your cellphone and wireless router activates the voltage-gated calcium channels (VGCCs) located in the outer membrane of your cells.
According to Pall, VGCCs are 7.2 million times more sensitive to microwave radiation than the charged particles inside and outside our cells, which means the safety standards for this exposure are off by a factor of 7.2 million.
Low-frequency microwave radiation opens your VGCCs, thereby allowing an abnormal influx of calcium ions into the cell, which in turn activates nitric oxide and superoxide which react nearly instantaneously to form peroxynitrite that then causes carbonate free radicals, which are one of the most damaging reactive nitrogen species known and thought to be a root cause for many of today’s chronic diseases.
This means that cell phone radiation (and 5G cell tower radiation) does, indeed, induce voltage changes in the human body, and that these voltage changes have very real biochemical effects, some of which may be dangerous to human health (such as the formation of peroxynitrite molecules).
In related news reported by Reuters, French regulators have issued a warning to Apple to stop selling iPhone 12 phones due to the presence of excessive radiation produced by the devices. Apple’s smartphone exceeds the allowable legal limit of radiation. This phone has been sold since 2020.
G signals may be used to cause Graphene Oxide to release payloads inside the human body
Connecting the dots on all this, 5G signals can be used to generate low voltage inside the human body, causing Graphene Oxide molecules to release predetermined payloads inside the body. Via the published paper linked above:
Upon application of external stimuli, many materials are able to release drugs. However, most of them need sophisticated instruments except electrical stimulation. Electro-stimulated drug delivery has attracted attention due to the low expense, painless, and portability of the control equipment, making it manageable for customized applications. In this study, we used NGO as an electro-sensitive material to deliver drugs in a controllable manner.
“This is the first time we have used ASP and DOX as a model drug which can be delivered simultaneously by external voltage,” the paper states. The conclusion of the paper adds: (emphasis added)
In conclusion, we have shown here that NGO can be used as a dual drug delivery agent, and the release of drugs can be controlled by an external voltage. To exploit the synergistic effect of ASP and DOX, we modified NGO and attached two drugs to it. Our lab made remote-controlled device efficiently released the anticancer drug. The releasing process can easily be switched on and off with a mobile phone by changing the bias voltage.
Graphene Oxide can carry biological or chemical weapons as payloads
In the scientific paper quoted above, the payload was aspirin plus a common cancer drug. However, payloads can be almost anything of sufficiently small size, including both hydrophilic and hydrophobic molecules. From the study, “We have also demonstrated how hydrophilic (ASP) and hydrophobic drugs (DOX) can be delivered by using a single delivery platform.”
This means that potent chemical weapons — theoretically including nerve agents that are fatal at nanograms of exposure — could be loaded into graphene oxide molecules which are surreptitiously delivered into the body via aggressively propagandized medical interventions such as fake vaccines or Covid swabs. Theoretically, such weapons might be able to be delivered to the population via food vectors as well. Once in the body, a small amount of payload leakage may generate some level of nerve damage among inoculated victims, but the real payload delivery won’t happen until a proper 5G signal is broadcast across the inoculated population, using the “release frequency” that generates the required voltage to unleash the payload.
In other words, a 5G broadcast signal at the appropriate frequency could instantly cause graphene oxide molecules to release the payloads into the bodies of those who were previously inoculated with those payloads. This would happen simultaneously, across the entire population that is within range of the broadcast frequencies which generate the necessary voltage in the body.
If the payload were a nerve agent, the real world effect would be the sudden dropping dead of large portions of populations across cities where 5G broadcast are able to saturate them. If payloads were virus-like nanoparticles, payload delivery could cause a large portion of the population to suddenly appear to be “infected” with a pandemic virus that is spreading at unimaginable speed.
This technology, in other words, could be used as a “kill switch” to terminate whatever portion of the population was previously inoculated with payload-carrying GO.
“Black ink” printed on pharmaceutical capsules shown to be magnetic and may contain graphene oxide
Some additional information came to my attention during the writing of this article. The black ink printed on the side of pharmaceutical capsules actually consists of mysterious black specks which are magnetic. A contact sent me a video, represented in the following screen shot, showing pharmaceutical capsules soaked in water for several hours, after which the black “ink” from the capsules turned into black specs that displayed startling magnetic properties. As this article reveals in LiveScience.com, stunning new research finds that graphene can be made magnetic by assembling layers in a specific rotational orientation. This gives rise to magnetism, even though the underlying atomic elements are nothing but carbon. From the article:
The magnetic field isn’t created by the usual spin of electrons within the individual graphene layers, but instead arises from the collective swirling of electrons in all of the three-layers of the stacked graphene structure, researchers reported Oct. 12 in the journal Nature Physics.
Is graphene being used in the “ink” that’s printed on the side of prescription medications? We don’t know for certain, but the fact that this ink is clearly magnetic is alarming.
Graphene oxide can also transmit gigahertz signals to nearby receivers
Additionally, under certain exotic applications of graphic oxide (GO) materials, those whose bodies are activated by cell tower broadcast could themselves function as electromagnetic “repeaters” due to the ability of GO to function as transmitters.
This capability is well documented in a study entitled, “Radio-frequency characteristics of graphene oxide,” published in Applied Physics Letters in 2010. (https://doi.org/10.1063/1.3506468) That study explains: (emphasis added)
We confirm graphene oxide, a two-dimensional carbon structure at the nanoscale level can be a strong candidate for high-efficient interconnector
in radio-frequency range. In this paper, we investigate high frequency characteristics of graphene oxide in range of 0.5–40 GHz. Radiofrequency transmission properties were extracted as S-parameters to determine the intrinsic ac transmission of graphene sheets, such as the impedance variation dependence on frequency. The impedance and resistance of graphene sheets drastically decrease as frequency increases. This result confirms graphene oxide has high potential for transmitting signals at gigahertz ranges.
Graphene oxide materials, in other words, can both carry payloads which are delivered via remote cell phone signaling, as well as transmit signals to other nearby receivers.
This could theoretically be used to start a “chain reaction” of 5G cell tower signals being re-broadcast from one person to another. In theory, this could extend a “kill switch” signal broadcast far beyond the initial range of 5G cell towers themselves.
From the conclusion of that published paper:
…[W]e expect that GO could be used for transmission lines in next-stage electronics and could be very strong candidate for nanocarbon electronics.
Conclusions
Graphene oxide can carry chemical or biological payloads.
Graphene oxide carrying payloads can be introduced into the body through vaccines or swabs.
The release of those payloads can be controlled by external cell tower signals which cause specific voltage changes in human cells.
Some voltage changes are already known to occur with exposure to cell tower radiation, especially with 5G.
Graphene oxide payloads can include “kill switch” payloads such as nerve agents or infectious agents.
The 5G tower system can therefore function as a chemical weapons payload release infrastructure system to achieve a “mass kill” of populations which were previously inoculated with payload-carrying GO.
Covid vaccines — which are now widely known to have had nothing to do with halting any pandemic (since even the White House and CDC both admit they do not halt transmission or infections) — could have theoretically been used to inoculate people with graphene oxide payloads which have not yet been activated.
Thus, it is plausible — but not proven — that vaccines + 5G cell towers could be exploited as a depopulation weapon system to achieve near-simultaneous mass extermination of a large percentage of the human population, simply by activating GO payload release with a specific broadcast energy intensity and frequency.
Given that the western governments of the world are clearly attempting to exterminate their own populations right now, this conclusion should be concerning to all those who wish to survive the global depopulation agenda.

“The True Cause of Gulf War Disease

“This “spreading of the immune system” is what was deliberately done to generate the “Gulf War Disease” in some of our soldiers in the first Gulf War. The immune systems of our soldiers in certain areas — already weakened a bit by multiple vaccinations — were spread by hostile forces, as a test to see if our scientists and analysts recognized what was being done. The immune spreading signals were deliberately lowered to the point that none of the French troops — who had refused to take the mix of vaccinations we administered our own forces, and which do reduce the ability of the immune system for some weeks — developed the “cocktail mix” diseases and syndrome, while some of the U.S., Canadian, and British forces who did have lowered immune systems as a result of their vaccinations did develop the “cocktail mix of diseases” called the Gulf War Syndrome. It is another hidden weapons test targeted at the UK population beginning at 3 pm on Sunday 23rd April 2023 and lasting for approximately 10 seconds.

I have just listened to Andrew Bridgen, Member of British Parliament (MP) talk to journalist James Delingpole. https://www.bitchute.com/video/nuSM403eyGME/. Bridgen made a 20-minute speech in parliament last week exposing the harms that the “covid” “vaxxines” are doing and have done (https://www.bitchute.com/video/cXGTk5z1FLpd/). Since then, he has been contacted by thousands of people and is putting them in touch with others. People working in the National Health Service have written to him saying that what is being done is wrong. He is twice vaxxed and is suffering adverse effects himself, and tells Delingpole that other MPs have suffered similarly. He reveals that the British government was faking the pandemic – he did not say that, but he said, for example that the scandalous government parties that took place while the country was under lockdown and people were not able to visit or touch their relatives in care homes, were organised on the basis of “bring your own bottle”, which can only mean that they knew that if they used official stores of Whitehall (area of London where the government operates) wine, of which there is plenty, then their parties could be exposed. This is evidence of premeditation and hiding the truth about the fake lockdowns from the public. He also reveals that government advisers and ministers did not bother wearing masks – presumably because they knew perfectly well that they were scamming the public.
Bridgen mentions that we need to be working with Christians on this issue. He is virtually a lone voice in the British parliament, with just a couple of other MPs also speaking out about “covid” “vaxxine” harms. He is now being punished and targeted for his temerity in speaking out. And the mainstream media in Britain is keeping silent about what he said in parliament, while trashing his reputation.
However, overall, the interview is uplifting because of what he reveals about the atmosphere in government circles. In my view, the truth will come out – it is now inevitable. Bridgen is honest about the mistakes he has made in not believing what we were saying about the “vaxxines” at an earlier stage. But it is very interesting to see how his views have changed and why. In particular, he is standing up now and determined to continue doing so because the British agency responsible for authorising medicines, the MHRA, has now recommended that the poison injections be given to babies.
