Subject: Verizon is wrong: 5G is VERY different from 4G and all other previous generations of wireless services, in terms of radio frequency transmission
Dear Mr Walsh, Ms Hudson and Mr Lovejoy-Grinnell (copied to other Syracuse concerned parties)
I see that Syracuse is debating whether to allow Verizon to install 5G wireless networks throughout the city and that Verizon’s regulatory manager, Mr. Mark Coon, is quoted as stating that “Wireless technology for wireless communications transmits radio frequency signals over the airwaves, no different than your garage door opener, or a baby monitor or a Wi-Fi router in your home” and that “5G is no different than 4G, is no different than any of the generations of wireless services, as far as that radio frequency transmission. Verizon is lying to you
Mr Coon is either monstrously ignorant, criminally lying, or both. 5G is totally different from previous generations of wireless technology. It will use millimeter waves rather than microwaves and will require a great deal more power behind it to push it through walls. It will use phased arrays involving up to, or more than, a thousand antennas that turn the signal into a laser-like beam that does not attenuate over distance in the way that 4G does. These phased array antennas will be situated only a few meters apart, potentially beaming directly into every third or so home. In addition to ground-based 5G, 23,000 satellites are being launched to beam 5G from space, with the stated intention of “blanketing” the Earth, making escape from this RF radiation completely impossible. 5G from space will be in addition to 5G on the ground, which in turn will be in addition tothe existing 2G, 3G and 4G. The densification required for 5G and its massive intensity, as well as its proposed ubiquitousness, make it an incalculable but potentially deadly hazard to all life on the planet.
5G was never tested for health or safety
All of this would be bad enough, but 5G has NEVER been tested for health or safety. This puts those responsible for its rollout squarely in line for prosecution under the Nuremberg Code, which makes it a crime against humanity to subject humans to experimentation without informed consent. The 5G rollout is also in breach of a host of international treaties and conventions.
Lawmakers around the world are waking up to the dangers of 5G
A number of lawmakers in various countries have now put the brakes on 5G (https://takebackyourpower.net/5g-the-dominoes-are-starting-to-fall/) and Syracuse Common Council would do well to follow suit.
Devastating biological effects
There are tens of thousands of studies demonstrating the devastating biological effects of electromagnetic radiation, going right back to 1932 and beyond. The US military has compiled thousands of them for purposes of developing microwave weapons. The beam-forming aspects and high frequencies to be used by 5G make it exponentially more dangerous than previous generations of wireless technology. Professor Emeritus Martin Pall has called 5G the stupidest idea in all of human history. It is the biggest biological experiment in all of human history.
