Dozens of Nichols Junior High School staff members have reported symptoms including dizziness, headaches and nausea, only while they’re in the school building.

The Arlington Independent School District is responding after the NAACP filed a lawsuit over mysterious illnesses at Nichols Junior High School. They’re asking for an emergency order to keep everyone out of the school until a cause is found.

NBC5 learned on Thursday that there have been more than 500 complaints of illness, including nausea, dizziness and fainting, from 70 different people at Nichols, since this all started back in September.

The District says those number have dropped significantly in the past few weeks. But until there are zero cases, advocates say no one should be in the school.

A six-month search for answers at Nichols Junior High is now heading to the courtroom.

“If they’re not going to advocate and provide a safe and humane educational environment for those students, we’re going to fight for those people,” said Simmons, President of the Arlington chapter of the NAACP.

On a freedom of speech issue, word is out that Huawei & Chinese carriers want to redesign a key aspect of the internet. There is a proposed new protocol at the ITU, New IP, that theoretically offers more efficient addressing and network management than the existing TCP/IP standard but also appears to have hooks that allow authoritarian regimes to censor and surveil their residents. Most notably there would be a “shut up” command that would let a central part of the network cut off data going to or from an address. That would effectively silence an activist without resorting to extra tools. There are also concerns that New IP would require authentication and authorization of not just new internet addresses, but also the humans involved and the data packets being sent. China has long called for linking real names to internet users, and this potentially links people to the very internet connection itself. The left in Europe has the same covert ideas. We are looking at the loss of free speech in many parts of the world. New IP should be ready for testing by early 2021.

COMMUNIQUE – Le 30 mars 2020. Par l’ordonnance n° 2020-320 du 25 mars (dite « 6ème ordonnance »), publiée au JORF n°0074 du 26 mars dans le cadre de la loi sur l’état d’urgence sanitaire du 23 mars 2020, le gouvernement remet en cause l’encadrement de l’installation d’antennes-relais de téléphonie mobile prévu par la loi 2015-136 du 9 février 2015 relative à la sobriété, à la transparence, à l’information et à la concertation en matière d’exposition aux ondes électromagnétiques, dite loi Abeille », et déjà affaibli par la loi Elan du 24 novembre 2018 portant sur les conditions d’information du maire pour la construction de stations radioélectriques. La loi Elan fixait alors aux opérateurs un délai d’un mois au lieu de deux précédemment entre le dépôt de leur dossier d’information auprès du maire (DIM) et le dépôt de leur demande d’autorisation d’urbanisme pour l’installation d’une station radioélectrique.

La 6ème ordonnance ouvre de nombreuses dérogations au Code des postes et des communications électroniques, et prévoit explicitement :La suspension de l’obligation aux opérateurs de transmettre le dossier d’information au maire ou au président d’intercommunalité,

  • La possibilité pour les opérateurs d’implanter de nouvelles implantations d’installations radioélectriques (ou antennes-relais) sans accord préalable de l’Agence nationale des fréquences,
  • Une dispense d’obtenir de la part des services d’urbanisme municipaux une autorisation d’urbanisme pour les constructions nécessaires (permis de construire ou déclaration de travaux).

Cette libéralisation totale du secteur des installations d’antennes-relais, en plein démarrage du déploiement de la 4G+ ou de la 5G, et en pleine crise sanitaire, donne carte blanche aux opérateurs de téléphonie mobile. Toutes mesures d’information à l’égard des communes et par là-même de précautions à l’usage des populations riveraines semblent avoir été complétement oubliées, suscitant notre profonde inquiétude.

L’article 4 de la 6ème ordonnance affirme le « caractère temporaire » de ces installations, qui serait limité à la période d’état d’urgence sanitaire. Or, depuis plusieurs années, plus aucune antenne-relais n’est désinstallée sur le territoire national. L’affirmation de leur caractère temporaire nous interroge fortement et il nous apparaît que le principe de protection de la santé publique est largement ignoré. Ces nouvelles installations ne seraient-elles pas une manière de multiplier discrètement le nombre de relais 4G et 4G+ à l’insu de la population ?

Les autorités gouvernementales et particulièrement le ministère des Solidarités et de la Santé ne peuvent ignorer ni les effets sanitaires des radiofréquences, ni les rapports de l’Anses[i]   incitant à réduire l’exposition des enfants aux radiofréquences et à prendre des précautions pour éloigner les sources de champs électromagnétiques des êtres vivants, ni le classement par l’OMS[ii] des champs électromagnétiques de radiofréquence « peut-être cancérigènes », ni la tromperie généralisée des industriels ayant conduit au scandale du “Phonegate”, ou encore la publication récente de Santé Publique France[iii] sur l’augmentation de cas de tumeurs cérébrales (glioblastomes) et du rôle joué par les radiofréquences dans leur étiologie.

Nos associations militent depuis de longues années pour faire reconnaître cet enjeu de santé publique, et nous considérons que la 6ème ordonnance est contraire au principe de précaution et pourrait avoir à terme un fort impact sanitaire, en particulier pour les plus sensibles (jeunes enfants, femmes enceintes, personnes sensibles, électro-hypersensibles, etc.). La présente crise sanitaire liée à la pandémie de Covid-19 ne saurait ouvrir la porte à de telles décisions.

The 6th ordinance opens many exceptions to the postal and Electronic communications Code, and explicitly provides for :
The suspension of the obligation for operators to transmit the information package to the mayor or the president of intercommunality,
The possibility for operators to set up new installations of radio installations (or relay antennas) without prior agreement of the National Frequency Agency,
An exemption from obtaining from the municipal urban planning services an urban planning permission for the necessary constructions (building permit or declaration of works).
This total liberalization of the sector of antenna relay installations, in the midst of the deployment of 4G+ or 5G, and in the midst of the health crisis, gives carte blanche to mobile operators. All measures of information towards the communes and thus precautions for the use of the riparian populations seem to have been completely forgotten, giving rise to our deep concern.
Article 4 of the 6th ordinance affirms the “temporary nature” of these facilities, which would be limited to the period of state of health emergency. However, for several years, no more relay stations have been uninstalled on the national territory. The assertion of their temporary nature is of great concern to us, and it appears to us that the principle of protecting public health is largely ignored. Wouldn’t these new facilities be a way to discreetly multiply the number of 4G and 4G+ relays without the knowledge of the population ?
The government authorities, and in particular the Ministry of solidarity and Health, cannot ignore the health effects of radio frequencies, the reports of L’anses[i] encouraging to reduce children’s exposure to radio frequencies and to take precautions to remove the sources of electromagnetic fields from living beings, nor the classification by the WHO [ii] of the electromagnetic fields of radio frequency “possibly carcinogenic”, nor the widespread deception of the industrialists which led to the scandal of the ” Phonegate”, or the recent publication of Public Health France [iii] on the increase in cases of brain tumors (glioblastomas) and the role played by radio frequencies in their etiology.
Our associations have been campaigning for many years to recognize this public health issue, and we consider that the 6th ordinance is contrary to the Precautionary Principle and could ultimately have a strong health impact, especially for the most sensitive (young children, pregnant women, sensitive people, electro-hypersensitive, etc.). The current health crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic cannot open the door to such decisions.

A comet speeding towards the inner solar system could become one of the brightest objects in the night sky, promising the most dramatic display of its kind in decades.
Astronomers believe that Comet Atlas, which in one month has grown 4,000 times brighter than when it was first spotted, has the potential to become “the comet of a generation” if it maintains its composition.
“It’s definitely a promising comet,” Daniel Brown, an astronomy expert at Nottingham Trent University, said yesterday.
“It’s pushing towards a level that by the end of April could look really, really stunning.”
The comet was discovered by astronomers at the Asteroid Terrestrial-impact Last Alert System (Atlas) at the University of Hawaii, which scans the sky for near-Earth objects and calculates whether they could pose a hazard to our planet.
The comet is not a danger to Earth: it will breeze past at a distance of about 72 million miles. On its way, it could rival Venus, the second brightest object in the night sky after the moon.
Comets are clusters of ice, frozen gases and other chemical elements left over from the formation of our solar system 4.6 billion years ago. Experts liken them to dirty snowballs — or even snowy dirtballs.
“It’s a mixture of rubble and ice but it can be more snowball than dirt,” Dr Brown said.
“As they get closer to the sun they gas off this material and we get this amazing display. It’s already at a level of brightness that you can see through binoculars — this beautiful greenish halo around it and a bit of development of the tail.”
Atlas could become visible to the naked eye during the first weeks of April and, if it does not fizzle as it closes in on the sun, will be at its most brilliant by the end of May. Optimism as to its potential is driven by the fact that it is following the orbit of the Great Comet of 1843, which had a tail twice as long as the distance from the Earth to the sun.
Comets can be notoriously erratic, however. David Levy, a Canadian astronomer who co-discovered the Shoemaker-Levy 9 comet in 1993, wrote: “Comets are like cats. They have tails and they do whatever they want.”
The timing might raise eyebrows for those who believe the theory that historical comets may have contaminated Earth’s atmosphere and triggered devastating terrestrial plagues such as the Black Death in the 14th century.

These unknowns – along with the government and public response to it – means this is slated to become the most costly financial crisis in modern history. Asset classes crater across the board, with mining shares diving alongside S&P 500 stalwarts.
What’s surprising to those who do not remember 2008 is initially both silver and gold tanked. In part it’s because when funds – some of whom are leveraged 30:1 – get a margin call, they sell what they can. That includes precious metals, further depressing the price.

We call them “telecommunication services accessible to public : users’ rights”. Among those electronic services, the European legislation called Universal Service Directive lists also the possibility to use data and to make phone calls without space and time limits within member States, regardless of the geographical position; Telcos have to guarantee to every European citizen/user universal, on-going and proper services. Without defining access procedures, we expressly talk about mobile phone as a European right. This is clear.

The problem is that mass high-speed communication force us to differently interpret Community law: the mobile phone concept is undermined by the dismantling of fixed telephony network, wireless technology is getting prevalent, to the detriment of “disabled consumers” (people suffering from electromagnetic hypersensitivity) who “could benefit from an offer suitable for their needs and equal to other users”.

Telecommunication right is upset by companies’ free will and convenience and 5G represents the tip of the iceberg: without considering the unheard complaints about health and ecosystem risks made by the international medical-scientific community, users will be forced to passively suffer the consequences and to effectively contribute to telephones and “smart devices” conversion – as they will be equipped with mini-antennas -, in the name of the Internet of things.

In France, starting from 2018, it’s no more possible to have a traditional landline service, 9.4 million contracts were terminated and the final goal is to fully substitute landlines with mobile phone by 2023. Italy is concerned by this forced decrease of traditional services, too: within 2024, 6,000 telephone exchanges (out of 10,500) will be dismantled. Traditional landline phones will completely disappear, cable-based communications will become old-fashioned and the Electromagnetic Age based on wireless technology will be the only choice. We all know the declared objective of 5G: simultaneously connect up to 1 million devices per square kilometer on 98% of our national territory, in order to cover 99% of citizens. The Italian Authority for Communications Guarantees (AGCOM) has recently proposed to convert (increasingly rare) old callboxes into Wi-Fi spots integrated with Smart City projects.

For those who still haven’t noticed it, we now find ourselves at an epoch-making crossroads. Non-reliable technologies and health protection from an invisible hazard are the two main cruxes to solve: we need to do it now and in a quick way, before it is too late!
In order to raise public awareness, on 27th June 2019, a press conference will be arranged at the Italian Chamber of Deputies and Alleanza Italiana Stop 5G (Italian alliance stop 5G) will present the new social campaign called DISCONNESSI DAY – DISCONNECTION DAY (live Web Tv streaming on the official Montecitorio channel).

On an international level, on 29th June 2019, a conference will be organized in Mendrisio (Ticino – Switzerland) and the European Alliance Stop 5G – including committees, associations and citizens from 16 EU countries – will proclaim the first European joint mobilization day, called STOP 5G – DISCONNESSI DAY. It will take place on 1st July and it will be the EUROPEAN DAY FOR DIGITAL STRIKE in order to make Constitutional article 32 triumph.

In the light of a memorable weekend of 2016, when the No Wi-Fi Days Committee managed to make people turn off 10,000 Wi-fi devices in conjunction with the 30th anniversary of Internet appearance in Italy. The national DISCONNESSI DAY event is sponsored by the Italian consumers and association (Centro Tutela Utenti Consumatori and Movimento Consumatori).

5G And The IOT: Scientific Overview Of Human Health Risks

5G is the term used to describe the next-generation of mobile networks beyond the 4G LTE mobile networks commonly used today. Currently there is no standard for 5G networks in place and it will be a combination of a variety of frequencies and modulations. Industry is developing exactly what 5G will be. It is assumed that 5G networks will not become commercially available until 2020 but several cities are rolling out 5G as test areas now.

Published peer reviewed science already indicates that the current wireless technologies of 2G, 3G and 4G – in use today with our cell phones, computers and wearable tech – creates radiofrequency exposures which poses a serious health risk to humans, animals and the environment. Scientists are cautioning that before rolling out 5G, research on human health effects urgently needs to be done first to ensure the public and environment are protected. However, instead of prudent public health measures to ensure the public’s safety, governments such as the United States are quickly rolling out 5G networks in neighborhoods and are enacting various state and federal regulations to “streamline” and fasttrack the rollout. These regulations will end the ability of communities to halt and be a part of the decision making process in this massive 5G infrastructure buildout.

THOUSANDS OF MINI CELL TOWERS TO BE BUILT IN FRONT OF HOMES
5G will require the buildout of literally hundreds of thousands of new wireless antennas in neighborhoods, cities and towns. A cellular small cell or other transmitter will be placed every two to ten homes according to estimates. The purpose of this massive infrastructure build out of small cells, distributed antennae systems and microcells is to increase range and capacity in populated urban areas and prepare for the future 5G rollout. 5G frequencies will utilize higher frequencies that do not travel as far as the lower frequencies.

US state and federal governments are moving forth regulations which would make the right of way in front of homes as available sites for 5G transmitters – without consent of the property owners. In response, communities are protesting en mass as they do not want these transmitters built in front of their homes and communities want to be able to regulate the placement on right of ways. Some municipalities are taking the case ​to the courts with litigation.

5G WILL USE HIGHER ELECTROMAGNETIC FREQUENCIES
5G will utilize multiple frequencies from those currently in use for cell phones and wireless to higher millimeter frequencies.

Today’s cellular and Wi-Fi networks rely on microwaves – a type of electromagnetic radiation utilizing frequencies up to 6 gigahertz (GHz) in order to wirelessly transmit voice or data.

However, ​5G applications​ will require unlocking of new spectrum bands in higher frequency ranges above 6 GHz to 100 GHz and beyond, utilizing submillimeter and millimeter waves – to allow ultra-high rates of data to be transmitted in the same amount of time as compared with previous deployments of microwave radiation.

MILLIMETER AND SUBMILLIMETER WAVES ARE BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE
Current investigations of wireless frequencies in the millimeter and submillimeter range confirm that these waves interact directly with human skin, specifically the sweat glands. Dr. Ben-Ishai of the Department of Physics, Hebrew University, Israel recently detailed how human sweat ducts act like an array of helical antennas when exposed to these wavelengths.

MECHANISM OF ACTION IS PROVEN
Research already indicates serious adverse effects from the wireless modalities in use today. Research studies from the Dielectric Spectroscopy Laboratory of the Department of Applied Physics, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, headed by Dr. Yuri Feldman, indicate that 5Gs millimeter and submillimeter waves will uniquely interact with human skin and lead to preferential layer absorption. The number of sweat ducts within human skin varies from two million to four million. Replicated peer research of these biological effects in laboratory research has been conducted internationally and scientists consider this mechanism of action well proven (See documentation further down on this webpage).

5G FREQUENCIES ARE USED IN WEAPONS
For years, the U.S., Russian and Chinese ​defense agencies​ have been developing weapons that rely on the capability of this electromagnetic frequency range to induce unpleasant burning sensations on the skin as a form of crowd control. Millimeter waves are utilized by the U.S. Army in crowd dispersal guns called ​Active Denial Systems​. Dr. Paul Ben-Ishai pointed to research that was commissioned by the U.S. Army to find out why people ran away when the beam touched them. “If you are unlucky enough to be standing there when it hits you, you will feel like your body is on fire.” The U.S. Department of Defense explains how “The sensation dissipates when the target moves out of the beam. The sensation is intense enough to cause a nearly instantaneous reflex action of the target to flee the beam.”

HUMAN SKIN WILL BE CLASSIFIED AS AN EXTREMITY ALLOWING HIGHER EXPOSURES
Our skin is our largest organ. Dariusz Leszczynski, PhD, Chief Editor of Radiation and Health has stated that the international organization – called ICNIRP –who is developing recommendations for public exposure limits of these higher frequencies is planning to classify all the skin in the human body as belonging to the limbs rather than to the head or torso.

Leszczynski cautioned that, “If you classify skin as limbs – no matter where the skin is – you are permitted to expose it more than otherwise.”

5G DEPLOYMENT WITHOUT HEALTH EFFECT EVALUATION
5G is being developed and implemented without adequate evaluation of the effect of this technology on human health after long term exposure to these frequencies. Peer reviewed research studies have found adverse effects from the electromagnetic frequencies currently in use and that will be in use for this new technology.

“There is an urgent need to evaluate 5G health effects now before millions are exposed. We need to know if 5G increases the risk of skin diseases such as melanoma or other skin cancers,” stated Ron Melnick, the National Institutes of Health scientist, now retired, who led the design of the National Toxicology Program study on cell phone radiofrequency radiation.

In Dr. Cindy Russell’s ​A 5G Wireless Future: Will it give us a smart nation or contribute to an unhealthy one​ (​Text PDF)​, published in the the Santa Clara Medical Association, Russell states that “3G, 4G, 5G or a combination of zapping frequencies giving us immersive connection and entertainment but at a potentially steep price.” Russell details the scientific documentation on 5G’s frequencies which include arrhythmias, heart rate variability, bacterial affects, antibiotic resistance, immune system affects, chromatin affects, teratogenic effects, altered gene expression and cataracts.

Dr. Cindy Russell lists specific recommendations shared by Environmental Health Trust and scientists worldwide.

RECOMMENDATIONS TO PROTECT PUBLIC HEALTH

  1. Do not proceed to roll out 5G technologies pending pre-market studies on health effects.
  2. Reevaluate safety standards based on long term as well as short term studies on biologicaleffects.
  1. Rescind a portion of Section 704 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 which preempts state and local government regulation for the placement, construction, and modification of personal wireless service facilities on the basis of the environmental effects so that health and environmental issues can be addressed.
  2. Rescind portions of The Spectrum Act which was passed in 2012 as part of the Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act, which strips the ability city officials and local governments to regulate cellular communications equipment, provides no public notification or opportunity for public input and may potentially result in environmental impacts.
  3. Create an independent multidisciplinary scientific agency tasked with developing appropriate safety regulations, premarket testing and research needs in a transparent environment with public input.
  4. Label pertinent EMF information on devices along with appropriate precautionary warnings.
