The real reason would appear to be that in northern climates people see less sun in the winter and therefore have less vitamin D and weakened immune systems, which would explain why people in tropical climates don’t get flu epidemics.
The idea that viruses, were they to exist, aerosolise is also questionable.
However, he is right that this was a criminal act by the WHO and world governments. WHO is led by a former terrorist and almost entirely funded by Bill Gates, a eugenicist; and WHO and governments have deliberately engineered mass deaths and declared a pandemic in order to collapse the world economy. The median age for test-positive deceased is 80 in Italy, 83 in Germany and 84 in Switzerland.
He is also right that governments are making people wear masks for some other motive than a second wave. The current “second outbreak” is nothing of the sort. The PCR test was stated by its inventor to be a manufacturing technique useful for research only (since it can enable the replication of DNA sequences millions and billions of times) and not a diagnostic tool. The purpose of the alleged “second wave” is to keep the illusion of a pandemic going and keep people in fear and paralysis until Gates’ Terminator shot is ready and the 5G weapon is widely available for use.

Both social distancing and masks are designed to instill in people a fear of others and thereby destroy society. Of course, the other reason for “social distancing” is that the coming facial recognition does not work well when people are too close together. One may also suppose that the coming 5G weapon would have more difficulty targeting people if they were standing too close together.

The non-specific and highly variable symptoms of “covid/coronavirus” are identical to the symptoms of exposure to electromagnetic radiation experienced by those termed “electrohypersensitive” so that they can be regarded as having special sensitivities rather than healthy people reacting to a deliberately and ubiquitously propagated environmental toxin, the only safe exposure level to which is zero.
Interestingly, as another correspondent on this thread has pointed out, neurasthenia or “the nervous disease” was the talk of Germany from 1880 to 1930 during the intense electrification of society. It became particularly prevalent among the soldiers fighting in WWI, French, German and English, and “shell shock” was actually diagnosed as “neurasthenia” by British doctors. German doctors initially believed that neurasthenia had an external cause but could not identify one. Soldiers were widely exposed to electromagnetic radiation in the early part of WWI by the use of telephones, requiring extensive use of cabling on the battlefield, and the exposure became worse as the war wore on, with further electrical technologies being deployed, with radio at the end giving rise in short order to the Spanish flu “pandemic”. So the operative word here is not so much “shell” as “shock”. Another interesting finding is that one British doctor was famous for curing his patients virtually overnight by sending them out into nature. The idea of neurasthenia was finally abandoned in Germany towards the end of the 1920s because Berlin was overflowing with WWI veterans begging on every street corner and public opinion turned against them, considering them malingerers and ne’er-do-wells. Rather like electrohypersensitives today who become non-persons, unable to function in a society saturated in EMR.
Where I thoroughly agree with Rancourt is his postulation that “the ‘COVID peak’ results from an accelerated mass homicide of immune-vulnerable individuals, and individuals made more immune-vulnerable, by government and institutional actions”.
